Justine Lam has been the most rude, obnoxious and in general highly paid person who has done more to turn people off than anyone I know of. And she has taken credit for all the hard work all of us have done not to mention Trevor Lyman. Good Lord will the lies and Bull crap ever stop? No wonder Ron is trailing in the polls and on his donations... he only made $420.00 in donations yesterday..Where is Justine now???? She needs to show how to make the money start coming back in. After all she says she did it before so why not now?

If you notice on her resume' she neglects to mention she is straight out of the CATO Institute. As are some others on the paid staff.

I would have expected more from you...First of all as a grassroots organizer who was bombarded by the movement with insults and outrage that you chose April 15, for the Freedom Rally and stubbornly stuck to it you should realize that you can't make everybody happy. Don't you think some of her rudeness and obnoxiousness is in direct response to grassroot supporters critizing the campaign efforts. We are a discerning and creative bunch and think that our views should resonate with the campaign because of the libertarian beleif that we all matter and we are all in this together. Nothing wrong with that and it is as it should be because as Ron Paul said "We are the campaign." Second, she NEVER said in the resume that she created the moneybombs or gave herself undue credit. Tell me exactly were that is written. She simply stated that :
she was indispensible in the campaign's record-setting fundraising efforts — $4.2 million on Nov. 5 and $6 million on Dec. 16 — managing the creation of the supporting web infrastructure. Yes read it again. We have a kick ass website and have had a record setting never seen before web approach to ecampaigning in web history. It is something we are so proud of.
and she is a pioneer. Do you know what that means? She was trying and implementing new things. I imagine it was very risky and having supporters call the campaign office and question virtually every decision they made was probably a big motivator for her type of reaction. So what if shes rude, so what if shes obnoxious. She takes no glory or credit away from all of the grassroots effort. We wouldn't let her and I really don't think she would try. So what if shes a bitch there are a lot of them in the campaign. When you, as in anyone, question the campaign you question your leaders decisions and thats perfectly OKAY but do you know better than Ron how to run his campaign or who to choose-like alot of us at times you probably think you do. Thats why "we are the campaign." I think her efforts put us all in touch with one another. Thats what she claims in her resume. Oh yeah, my face, it's straight!

i do agree with you. over the past year i have made phone calls to hq
and spoke with lots of staff members.
all were nice and polite except for justine lam. she was rude to me on the phone. actually, she called me back about whatever it was that i had called about and i just about hung up on her.
no class.
i just went to the hq site and e'd justine lam. i kind of let her have it and i'm glad i did.
i have read many comments over the past year about how rude she is so it was time to let her know.

I don't know whether or not what she claims on her resume is true, but if it isn't then just imagine what it would be like in her shoes. Every single time she goes on job interviews in the future there will always be a good chance that she will be questioned on the part where she claims credit for the moneybombs. There's always a chance interviewers will say to her that they thought some guy named Trevor was the one who organized the moneybombs. Afterall, I believe Trevor is the one who got all the moneybomb related media coverage. Then again, we really can't put much faith in the media - so who knows....

Seriously, people! There is one big message right now, that is the Freedom March on July 12th in Washington DC. If we're going to make this march a success, if we're going to make this campaign a success, we really need to stay focused on the delegate strategy and the Freedom March. We should be Digging and Redditing every positive story about Dr Paul, and every story highlighting what we're so worked up about ... we should be YouTubing, and MeetingUp and getting ready to hit DC like a tidal wave.
As for Justine Lam, I really don't care at this point. If we fail, there will be no credit to steal. If we succeed, we can straighten it out then.

COMPLAINED about the political experts who were hired! I've heard people complain about the inexperienced people. These people said "hire some real pros! It's the only way Ron can win!" Then, Ron hired some real pros, including people with 20 years of GOP campaign experience. Then, supporters complain that big money was being spent on these people who were not real RP supporters but were just working on the campaign to make a buck.
Which is it, folks?
If you want pros, you pay them big bucks, and yes, it is true, they probably don't personally care all that much about the candidate. It happens this way all the time. These are just people doing what they do professionally.
If you want real supporters, then they most likely are not going to be big-money experienced GOP professionals. They are more likely to be the twenty-something Justines and such.
Seriously, people, this is silly to get upset over. Ron Paul could have hired God himself to run the campaign and people would complain that he picked someone who is too expensive and doesn't have enough GOP experience.

Talked to her on the phone, she was oblivious to the existance of Dailypaul, let alone its significance. I think Ron Paul has one of the most inexperienced campaign staff, that is why the grassroots, everyday citizens, play such an invaluable role in getting Ron Paul elected president. Whether it was Ron Paul's intention to hire greenhorns in the political game, the results are indisputible, that it got all types of people at the grassroots level, involved in American Government.

This is why such a low turnout on April 15th, and why there is a good chance the other events will fail to achieve any sort of critical mass. Too much fighting.
Who cares that this chick was at the right place at the right time? She got lucky. it could have been anyone. She just gets to put it on her resume.

The CATO Institute is more honorable than the Republican Party itself, so I find the negative reaction to CATO in Ron Paul ranks somewhat schizophrenic.
Of course Lew Rockwell has a long-standing feud with them, but CATO has done more to promote moving the government toward a conservative model than the GOP--and followers are pleased as punch to have Ron Paul associated with that corrupt nest of vipers that represents the Greater of Two Evils. Ironic.

That is very narrow sighted of you. No one I know is pleased as punch about it. He HAS to choose one of the two main parties in order to get any traction whatsoever. The Republican party is suppose to be conservative. So he HAD to run in the Republican Party. You must be a Libertarian voicing your opposition again. Don't you third party independent types, of which I am one, realize that it was strictly utilitarian for him to run as a Republican? Why does he have to constantly explain that. It is totally logical and worked beautifully. After November, there is a possibility, it sounds to me, that he might move to another party. That would be logical, if he can keep his congressional seat if he loses. The people out side of the two party system really, really need to give it a rest about his running GOP. He ran Libertarian and it didn't do any good, remember. I think that group of people are as hard headed about their issue as the majority of the sheeple who will not understand what he needs to do for this country. Try to be a little flexible. You won't break.

go easy on her. I doubt it's anything sinister. If she was in charge of the eCampaign, then she did oversee anything on the website, including anything having to do with fundraising.
I wouldn't get too worked up over it. Lyman and anyone else involved can put this experience on their resume, too. But I would not expect on a resume that you would put someone else's name. If you did something--ANYTHING--with the campaign and it would help you get a job, put it on your resume, too. You should!
