Dover TWP District, Pa Results

Spent most of the day at the polls handing out Slate cards.
Lots of Democrats. Hillary won 400 and something to Obama 300.
I am sure you all want to Know that. LOL

The poll guy was great once the results were printed he brought it out to the parking lot for me to look at. There was another guy there but he just want to know the dem vote..

I know for sure that all of our alternates got the most votes. The regular delegates from what I could tell was much close. There was one that had 162. I believe position 2. But a prolife group was mailing out a flyer with just one delegate on there and some commitee people. They Poll work said he had to bring the results back inside to post.

The lady that was speaking with at the door said that she only vote for that one delegate and she is very conservative and cant stand McCain. I guess we will have to wait and see.

It was a huge success I hope we did this good all over the 19th district and PA.

One thing is for sure, We could have used a lot more people handing out slate cards at other precincts. As from the Results above it works. People dont know to vote for the delegates.

So advice for the next states. Show up looking like Neo-con, Talk like a Neo-con. So they will think you are a Neo-con. For everyone walking in the door the only thing I said was: "Here are the Republic Delegates. Sometimes I would add "Trying to get votes to go to the convention in MN">

One other thing that helped. Is the 19th's US congressman was there and knew everyone. At first I stayed away not wanting him to know what I was there for. But after a couple of hours I started talking with him. So for most of the late moring and afternoon, he handed out his note pads and I had out the slate cards. Everyone thought i was with him. Took all my strength not to bust out laughing at some of the sheep. Some people even grabbed them out of my hand saying. I need one of those.

If people choose to be sheep, then by all means step in and be the shepard. Work here in this precinct.
