Illegal Internal Immigration Checkpoint

So the Fourth Amendment teaches us, that the guilty sometimes go free than the citizens be subject to easy arrest. — William O. Douglas (1898-1980), Henry v. United States, 1959
**************************************** ****
Man held at a internal immigration checkpoint until he says “I am a US Citizen”. This was on northbound SR85, between Ajo and Gila Bend.

“I am not anti-border patrol. This is not an immigration issue to me. This is about the 1st amendment right against compelled speech and the 4th amendment right against unreasonable search and seizure. My goal is not to villify the BPA, but to educate and encourage others to think independently about their rights.
If 10% of drivers did what I did, they would have to remove the roadblock because it would screw up traffic too bad. We empower these types of actions by our complacence.”

i dont know the whole story of this but

i can tell you that here in upstate new york where i live we have been subject to what can best be described as paramilitary checkpoints. these are comprised of border patrol, local municipal police, sheriffs dept and sometimes either soldiers? or officers in dark blue uniforms ( no badges by the way) that drive black shiney unmarked suv s. they approach us with a stern, unfriendly, and authoritative manner....asking such questions as where did we come from, where are we going!!!! since when does a u.s. citizen have to tell officers this type of information, ??? last checkpoint officer asked me are you u.s. citizen and i answered yes and was waived on ,,,never having to produce any i.d.,,,,,what was the point of that?? i think they are getting us use to police state myself,,,,,,,

I live in Ct and seen the

I live in Ct and seen the checkpoints your talking about. Its illegal for military to act as police.
The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 16, 1878 after the end of Reconstruction. The Act prohibits most members of the federal uniformed services (the Army, Air Force, and State National Guard forces when such are called into federal service) from exercising nominally state law enforcement police or peace officer powers that maintain "law and order" on non-federal property (states, their counties and municipal divisions) in the former Confederate states.

The statute generally prohibits federal military personnel and units of the United States National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress. The Coast Guard is exempt from the Posse Comitatus Act.

The Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act substantially limit the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement.

our original Constitution did provide

for posse comitatus , however the false flag event known as 9/11 was the pivotal turning point.....this excuse allowed for bush administration to systematically dismantle our Constitution under the guise of the patriot act.....we saw the first example during katrina.......we have no rights guys,,,not under this current government,,,they do whatever they choose to us whenever they choose,,,they are total criminal government,,we are in a police state , thats the truth of the matter,,,you know it and i know it.

Thats what the video is about.

When the kid say shows me the law to detain me. He cant, he says there is one but you cant see it. There is a another topic on here about it too.

When hes talking about how they change probable cause hes right on the money I believe its a reasonable belief now.

I dont think the officers were dicks at all. Cops would have flipped on him. I posted this in another forum and they seem, to think its a immigration issue. Like the 50 govt agencies rounding people up in 3 states was about looking for terrorist. The new ID is are you a citizen? What do they expect ci?

Being told your detained without any reason is like saying welcome to the POLICE STATE.
