URGENT: Message from Granny! - It's Time Now! - (KEEP BUMPED)
It's Time Now !
This message will contain no photos of happy people or crowds of adoring people waving signs and flags. This message is a absolute plea for help in continuing the quest for a better government. The Revolution cannot be allowed to dwindle down to a small useless whimper. We have to continue shouting and making a statement for our elected officials to see and hear. Our only chance is to make as much noise as possible with as many people as will stand for their principles and fight.
We are doing that. We will not crawl off like a rejected orphan. The Family of Freedom will stay vibrant and our orphans will continue to fight and be heard. The elections have drained many of us and we are tired but that is the way we are to be defeated by the establishment. Their plan to wear us down. It seems to be working to some extent but we cannot as a educated people allow simple minded barbarian theives, liars and conniving rulers to deflect our purpose.
We have to keep on reving up the people, keep spirits up and alive, even with the connived food shortage notices and high fuel prices which are meant to contain the mass of people who are waking up to the scams, within a wall of helplessness, dread and fear.
I for one refuse to allow people who have no moral values to control my life.
Join me. I need help to continue to fight. My energy also wanes as age keeps creeping up on me but by the faith I have in God and People I will not stop until I have exhausted every ounce of energy I have and every resource available to continue to wake up more people and in the end produce a mass that will not be pushed into a deep dark hole of despair.
My children and yours deserve better.
We are organizing one of the largest events we have ever attempted to do at a time when it is so needed. A time of celebration of our Country's Independance. Help us do this.
I need every one of you who have supported us in the past to step up and give us the help we need to do this. We need you to come to the event, tell your friends and neighbors, spread the word to your groups in news ads, flyers, every way you think of to help us promote this event.
Tomorrow the Bush Gang will be sending out the Federal Income Tax Rebate checks. It is easy to give back a small portion of what has been stolen to placate the people. Some people won't get it? They will see it as a real bonanza and joyfully go to Wallmart, Target etc and buy some product made in China and feel wonderful about their newfound "stuff" ............ Are you one of those? ............ I think not or you would not be on our list.
I ask you to take part of that check coming out on Monday from the wonderful people at the IRS and send us some of that money to pay for this event. Just the fire works alone will be $5000, ( the same display would cost $18,000 but the company owner is a Ron Paul supporter)Frivolous? yes indeed it is, but, Glorious and inspiring, think of the exposure it will give us. There will be TV coverage, Two huge billboards are in the process of being placed on the interstate just outside of Rapid City by a supporter. There will be News Media as we have such a group of people of note it cannot be ignored. The American Indians alone will be news worthy. All the speakers, bands, and for a week? Workshops for every phase of life, Food storage and preservation, getting of the Grid, understanding the law, Skeet shooting and Firearm safety with a reloading course, a workshop on our Constitution and many more to be added.
When I first started this project I rarely asked for donations, it was something that was very hard for me to do as we were taught as kids to be self reliant, ask help for nothing, do it yourself, be proud ! Never be a beggar !
Now I see it cannot be done by one person or one group, we all have to work together, I have the time and support from my family and friends to get on the road, to do the things everyone wishes they could do but simply cannot because of having to in the real world work, care for their family and homes.
I need for each of you to send at least $10.00 to help pay for this event. Please if you will, do that today. If everyone on this list sent in $10.00 the event would be paid for and we could put our minds to making it even better than worrying about how to fund it. As always the funds will be used totally towards this event not my own needs or use.

I won't be getting a check but I do know
what money I'm saving is going to be going towards getting me to the March on Washington DC. I can't afford to do both at this time so I would rather spend what little money I have towards the March Ron Paul spoke about earlier this year.

Just because you call parks and recreation does not mean they are going to give you (who is a nobody in their opinion) any info. I have communicated with a few of the individuals who are organizers and even have their phone numbers, know where they're from blah, blah, blah. If you're on RonPaulForums ever...it's not hard to figure out who some of the organizers are. They aren't conning anyone. I have nothing to gain by covering for them. It's just the truth. If I thought it was a con...I certainly would not be wasting my time producing promotions for the march. Please people...chill out. Let granny have her festival. I seriously doubt the event in sturgi will affect the attendance for the march. JMO.
But I do think it's rude...whoever it is around here...you've been telling other ppl there is no march in july. That person is just plain evil and they know who they are. Whatever floats your boat. *shrugs* It's even gotten back to bulletins on myspace....the ppl who cause division within the movement will be exposed soon enough and hopefully tossed out on their asses. Officer Augustus has talked with Granny Warriors several times. So if you have been talking to these people, where are the pictures of the permits? We have not hid anything.
Flames you don't know what rude is... how the RevolutionMarch fans have stabbed the attempts of getting anything off the ground in the back. We know all the crap that went on while we were heading to DC. I personally cannot believe that people would have such egos as to go around posting that the event was cancelled when they knew so many people spent hundreds of dollars to go to that event to have their voice heard and get there to find out all the sh** that had gone on.
We don't care if the March goes on BUT THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED PROOF. We hope that they will be successful IF there is the March. And when you all show up in DC and find out there are no permits and are sent home, then what are you going to do?
Excuse me for being punchy but I spent EVERY DAY now for months working to Restore the Constitution, organizing these events and getting the word out about Ron Paul. Hundreds of my own dollars (and we are not rich) helping the movement forward while so many of you sit on your butts behind your computers and just post and are constantly trying to stop any movement forward.
We'll be happy to shut up about the July 12 event when proof is provided. Until then we'll continue to educate that there is NO PERMITS! There fore there can be NO RALLY!

When you see the signature at the bottom of this message you know it is from me. Do not put words in my mouth that did not come from me. I have never stated the March will not happen. NEVER. I have never stated it has been cancelled..NEVER ! I would never deliberately try to ruin any event that promoted Ron and the Revolution. NEVER !
What I do object to is secret plans. No one can be expected to participate in a event that is not open, transparent and with the organizers fully disclosing themselves to the very people they hope to have support them. There have been too many scams where people have been ripped off by phony events being promoted by people who were interested only in making a profit.
Officer Augustus and I have a very good relationship as I have gotten many permits for the DC area and have never caused a problem, we always were open and aboveboard with the permits section. The information on permits is public information, it has to be as they have to inform you when applying for a permit if the date is even open or already has a application on file for that time and date. There is already a event scheduled for July 12th at the Capitol and it is not for a March or Rally by the RonPaul March organizers. That does not mean there will be no Rally if the organizers change their location and apply for a permit. That would be a remedy I would take. Simply go to a different area on the Capitol grounds and get a permit.
The route for the march should already be posted to allow people to see where they will be going and where to gather to get set up and where it will be ending as parking will have to be found and transportation back and forth, This is only common sense to post this information to people who are expected to attend. There are thousands of people who would attend such a march if the information were clear and concise as to what is taking place.
Now I find such a lot of really nasty messages on the Ronpaulfourms about us trying to ruin the march and telling everyone it is canceled. this is a out right lie, Deborah, you know it is a lie and yet continue to promote it on the forums. WHY? You are not going to get anywhere with this type of promotion. To use these tactics is both unrealistic and dishonest and it will be seen as that and back fire on you and the organizers who are posting these messages.
Try to stop this mess and get busy and organize the March, get it on a good footing and work to make it a success not continue to focus energy on tearing down the Granny Warrior group of activists.. That will not help your march only diminish your legitimacy as organizers.
Now this is the last post I will make on this subject. I have much more to do than focus on defending myself against people who obviously are not interested in what Dr.Paul teaches.. Fair Play, Honesty and the Right to do what every you wish as long as it does not hurt anyone else.
I hope everyone that can get to Washington DC will do so and make this march something to remember. To those in the west and mid west that cannot make the trip I will see you for your Summer Fourth of July vacation at Sturgis. There is lots of shade, water holes for swimming, swimming pools, covered areas for workshops, air conditioned cabins, beautiful stages for the bands and a whole day of Indian Entertainment ending with a glorious display of fireworks to celebrate our country's return to Independance.
Go to the web site for continual updates on new additions to the event, we just added a new band last night. This will be a Woodstock type of event in the making to be remembered for years. All in the name of the American Revolution started and sparked by Ron PAUL. You can also see the Bill Board that is going up this week in Rapid City.

I have personally verified that all of the legal channels are being followed and that once all of the different permits that are needed are secure it will be made public.... As far as the officer GW has spoken to...that is not the contact that this Rally has... as far as calling and asking if the Revolution has a permit....they can not divulge that information.....but do call and ask if the west lawn of the capital is available for July 12th, and they will tell you no....because the Revolution March has it reserved... end of story..... if you have any more question plez forward them to Deb at the addy above....

The D.C. Capitol Events Police (202)224-8891. State quite clearly that there is no permit for your rally at the Capitol on July 12th. I was told this twice. Just recently, yesterday and again today.
It is the Nat'l Parks Service that "Cannot give information out of their files". (202)619-7225. That is for the "march" permit.
We never questioned your permit to "march". Just relating the info imparted to us (Granny has called too) that you don't have one to "rally".
You need two seperate permits. One to "march" the other to "rally".
This is going to be one long, hot day of endless marching! Get out the hiking boots! Please call the D.C. Events Police and get the other permit - Otherwise this could degenerate into a mass of unruly, hot, miserable, tired people.
Thank God Washington, D.C. is dead on the weekend, otherwise there could be complications.

This is not true. The revolution March has not reserved the west lawn of the Capitol on the 12th. There is another group that has this site. and yes there is only one officer that handles this area. Officer Augustus. He is obligated by law to tell anyone who has the area reserved it is public information. Even if it had reserved this area, there is only room for about 10,000 people at the most on this area. And that would be really crowding them in. The Capitol reccomends not more than 5000 for this area.
you know when you make these statements people will check and then find a lie has been told, no matter how small it reflects back on the group that tells it. Now if there has been a permit issued where is it? The permit was faxed back to us the same day we applied for it. That is standard operating proceedure for Capitol Events.

I'll be in DC on July 12. I know that the organizers of the July 12 march are in it for the Revolution, not for their own ego gratification. I have chipped in money for July 12 and will chip in more in a couple weeks because I trust my ability to judge character and the organizers of the July 12 march are trustworthy.
I have no opinion on the Stugris rally. If it works for you, go! I hope it is a roaring success.
But I am betting that the July 12 event in DC is going to be the Woodstock of this movement. Be there, or regret it.

There are very few of you that has put in the hours and money I have to promote Ron Paul and the Revolution and have never tried to hog any air time or kudos. I simply want a better world for my children and grandchildren. Now get off that crap and stay off of it. People know who I am, know I have never cheated one of them, I have bent over backward and taken crap from a lot of people who hide behind their screen names and monitors to take pot shots at people who are out there taking the hits from real people and trying to do the best they can to put this country back on a decent foundation. Your ability to judge people is surely strange, you can judge someone you don't know their name, where they live or even what state they are in? Or possibly you know them personally? The Sturgis event will do more for the Revolution than 20 marches and rallys will. There will be educational workshops teaching everything from food preservation to actual survival and how to stay healthy. We will have fun, We will learn, and we will come away with a lot of information and a world of new people who we can net work with and make things happen. Not sit behind a computer and forward posts and tear down people who are actually doing something.
We did not invite Ron to the event...... His secretary scheduler asked us if he was invited... so it must be worthwhile for him to want to come or is he just also looking for ego gratification?
Now I have dishes to wash, and frankly I am really getting cranky at these dumb posts which are meant to throw a wet blanket on the Sturgis event. My suggestion to those of you that think it is a bad idea, Don't come. Stay home behind your computer where it is safe and no one will know who you are or where you live. You can do a world of good that way..lol... My Lord people wake up. smell the coffee. I turly hope the March works out the way you think it should. I wish you all the best and always have I just want more verification of who is doing what so the person in charge takes the heat if it fails and people lose their money donated. Ummm . . . not sure what you mean with your comment about Woodstock. Is that something you mentioned before? I honestly don't read your posts. I watched the movie with my son a few weeks ago and was inpressed with the apparent feeling of unity in the anti-war movement at the time.

When you try and cast doubt and confusion on the July 12 event and its organizers you say all I need to know about you. And I would say exactly the same about anyone who tries to cast doubt on YOUR event. Which I have not done, by the way. I hope your event is a huge success, as I said in my post. I agree with Gin that it is unlikely that either event will detract from the other.
However, I WILL say that the difference in tone of comments that you make as compared to comments made by the organizers of the July 12 march tells me a great deal about who I want to be associated with.

First lets get something straight... I didn't do any recount, we just raised the money to get it done. There will be a video out on wednesday with the results.

There were about 2000 people who came out on a Tuesday when Congress was in session, at any time you could see them ( Congressmen)standing on the patio listening to the speakers which is exactly what we wanted. Look at the photos and see the Senators also on the patios listening to the speakers and look at the roof tops at the Snipers there, which by the way we didn't have to pay $50.70 cents per man per hour for, and which in reality would cost $70.00 an hour if it ran into overtime which is all anyone would have to pay.. the overtime hours... Now as far as being more important ( the july 12th event?) what is it going to prove? Is Congress in session on a Saturday? Is there anyone in DC on a Saturday? The heat will be unbearable also. and where are the permits? Who is actually organizing the event? Where will it be held? What time? Now If I was a suspicious person I would start smelling a rat when these questions are never answered.
The importance of the SD event is evident. There are learning workshops, learn how to perserve and store your food, learn gun safety and how to reload shells, learn how to become a delegate and how to do the best job possible, learn about the constitution, learn about the law and IRS ( yes Tom Cryer will have one of the workshops) Learn how to get your local police to protect you not the government ( yes Jack McLamb will have a workshop also) Learn about the American Indian, yes Russell Means will be there with his people to educate and entertain. I don't know how you can claim this is a vague event when it is all out in the open with our address, phone and names visible and contactable for everyone with a question.
Now what is vague is the March, you can't even say when or where it will be, it says on the website they will be telling you the route when it is laid out????? seems like that would have been one of the first steps taken.
Please RS or I think Rochelle, don't start this crap all over again as this time we will not be so polite as before.

We are working on setting up Convoys from the North, South, and West... Camping is being organized as are carpools.... This is to be the Grand Rally Dr. Paul wanted to have.....Dr Paul WILL BE THERE...hopefully he will have a book signing and Q & A session. We are still in the planning stages...the word is spreading like a prairie fire and folks are getting excited.... Stimulus Checks are coming out and alot of folks are getting their plane tickets...This is a WORLD WIDE EVENT...Not to be Missed!! A Rally to End All Rallies!!

You do know you have to have TWO seperate permits. One for the rally and one for the march? National Park Service doesn't cover a rally at the capitol.
The march permit is given from the National Parks Service and the rally permit from the D.C.Capitol Events Police.
The Capitol Events police told me that you did not have a permit for the rally.
You'd better get a permit from the D.C. Events Police if you're going to have that rally 202- 224-8891.
