Look what I found Dean Heller of Nevada says....

According to the 9/11 Commission Report, "fourteen of 15 operatives and all of the pilots acquired one or more multiple forms of U.S. state-issued identification." in light of these facts, the REAL ID ACT not only created a standard for personal identification but also updated loose immigration laws concerning asylum and bail bonds. In other words, REAL ID updated weak immigration policy previously exploited by terrorists in our own country."
Please tell Dean Heller this is UnConstitutional and WE THE PEOPLE, are not terrorists....! Mr. Heller obviously needs to be informed. And as far as I can tell this ID will have financial, medical, employment, criminal records on it....all in one little chiped, retina scanning (like DNA) card. You think the CRIMINALS AND TERRORISTS will find ways to duplicate it. I am not a criminal or a terrorist and I am not here illegally....I refuse to be treated as if I am.
