Ron Paul in Huffington Post!

Well, Ron Paul is being lauded in a new article by Bob Cresca on the Huffingtonpost.com Really worth a look! Cresca takes on the MSM.
»

Did we read the same article?
Bob Cesca's article mentioned Ron Paul.... by comparing him to the racist, America-hating Reverend Wright.
Ron Paul does not BLAME AMERICA for the terrorist attacks. In the Manifesto, he clearly states that the terrorists are morally responsible for 9/11.
Ron Paul questions the MOTIVE behind the terrorist attacks as any detective would question the MOTIVE of a murderer.
Why that is so hard to comprehend is beyond me. Although, i can see that a scumbag socialist like Bob Cesca would never understand it.
He calls anyone who opposes welfare a racist, completely ignoring the fact that the majority of welfare goes to corporations and overseas interests. He feels it necessary to remind white America that there was this thing called slavery that we should feel responsible for every waking minute of our lives even though it ended over 110 years before I was born.
Basically, Bob Cesca is a piece of garbage.

if you read the tone of the
if you read the tone of the article, cesca is being sarcastic in his comparison of ron paul to wright. his point is that the overblown wright controversy is just that - overblown & ridiculous.
& if you watch the ron paul/cnn interview that's attached, cesca is pointing out that ron paul is essentially saying the same thing - it's just that wright is being attacked for both political & racial reasons - wright isn't as eloquent as ron paul in his explanation & doesn't back up his rant with facts, citations or historical events in the same way that ron paul does. so wright ends up looking like a crazy, angry black man. & that makes him an easy target.
& in the end, what's lost is the underlying message - we weren't attacked b/c of our freedom, as bush likes to claim.
i can buy the sarcasm
but why say that Ron Paul blames America for 9/11?
Reverend Spite said that those who BLAME America for 9/11 are courageous.
Ron Paul has never said any such thing, and to say he is similar to Rev. Spite in that regard is just plain wrong.
I don't want anything to do with that wacko race-baiter.

either i'm missing something
either i'm missing something in translation, or you're taking cesca too seriously.
listen to rp on the cnn video - guiliani accused ron paul of the same thing - blaming america. ron paul makes it clear that when he refers to "us" he's not blaming "we the people" of america. he's blaming, among other things, our foreign policy for 9/11. but never has he said our foreign policy is the sole reason & therefore the terrorists were justified for their actions. that's simply the deduction that the msm & the neocons make. ron paul's words were, and continue to be, misconstrued on a daily basis. & i believe that's the comparison cesca is trying to make. otherwise he wouldn't have attached the cnn interview to show how silly it is when words get twisted to fit in someone's political agenda.
so i honestly doubt wright is blaming regular americans when he alludes to the fact that america is to blame for 9/11. i can't believe any God-fearing human is that stupid.
Met Huffington I am sure.
Probably because she was a guest right after him on Bloomberg T.V.
I bet they met and she was impressed.

Thanks
for putting up the webpage.... I've been commenting on Huffpost for quite a while, and always try to mention RP. However, I don't recall any posting that dealt exclusively with him, and although Cresca's article doesn't, there is nevertheless a strong and positive presence of Paul in his article and among the comment writers. It might be an indication that Paul is becoming a viable and recognized candidate than he has earlier been on such blogs as Huffpost. I believe what has happened is that under a closer examination on the internet the corporate candidates are proving to be a bit less acceptable than they once were -- well, we shall see.
