He is calling cell phones"sophisticated communication devices". What is with so much spin?? WE did NOT disrupt that meeting, as I understand it..The meeting was adjourned BEFORE any disruption started. It is time these people shut the funk up.

No, we did not disrupt the NV state meeting. Unless your definition of "disrupting" is not rolling over for pre-determined rules and delegates designed to marginalize our presence and impose their agenda on the entire convention.
I actually didn't realize we had "taken over" the meeting, as some media articles claimed. As far as I could tell we did not have a numerical majority, but the hundreds we did have, and our organization, (along with a desire for fairness from some non-RP supporters) allowed us to overturn the biased rules that the NV GOP elites tried to push on us.
I did not find out that we had apparently won 7 of the 9 national delegates that we had voted on until reading messages here on DP after returning home. By ending the meeting prematurely, they did prevent us from voting on the main group of 22 more delegates, which we probably would have dominated.
I guess the NV GOP "leaders" may have thought that we "took over" because we did not follow like sheep and accept the outcome that they had so thoughtfully prearranged to make the meeting go quickly and smoothly. ;o)
