Now that we have a global empire, Hillary intends to rule! She states she will FORCE a foreign economic coalition to bend to our to wills and take orders from us -- or else.

.. she claims she would force them to comply through the World Trade Organization and "anti-trust laws" (international anti-trust laws??). Of course, they would just laugh at us if she did that.

The other option is to do what empires do to force compliance -- more war...
