All Western Washington Rally for Ron Paul is On!!!!
Its on! Today I submitted the application for a Park Use Permit to conduct an All Western Washington Rally for Ron Paul for President in Victor Steinbrueck Park, adjacent to the Pike Place Market in Downtown Seattle from Noon to 2pm on Saturday, November 10, 2007. We are making arrangements for a PA system, and are looking into speakers for the event.
This is the weekend of the forth Nationwide Rally for Ron Paul. See link below:

This event will also coincide with Ron Paul’s huge rally in Philadelphia on the same date, and it will reinforce the tremendous support that Dr. Paul has in Western Washington. Imagine the impact of 400 or more Ron Paul supporters waving signs and handing out literature on a Saturday afternoon as thousands of people flow through and around Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle. After the rally we can fan across the retail district spreading word of the Ron Paul Revolution.
I have asked all of the Western Washington meetup groups to not schedule any other events for this date. We need every active Ron Paul supporter in Western Washington to attend this rally. If you have a group near the Western Washington area, and have not been contacted directly, please place this event on your meetup calendar and encourage everyone to attend. Carpool if necessary, but please come to Seattle and join all of Western Washington in celebrating the greatest hope for peace and freedom in our lifetimes.

The important thing is that we promote the hell out of this and get a really big turnout. If you or anyone you know can't make it to Philadelphia on November 10, perhaps you can pake it to Seattle. Please pass this message on and spread the word.

Have you asked the campaign to send a speaker? Rand Paul is great. He went to a rally in Paducah and my grandson and his wife loved him. More people tend to come out if you have a family member or campaign officer there for a Q&A

Philly Rally
I live in Huntington, WV but I'm driving the 8 hours to see him in Philly. I hear there are supposed to be 3 to 5 thousand supporters there. I just paid 3k to fly to Arizona and see the Rolling Stones but I'm more excited about the Ron Paul rally than I was for that.
I am free only because I choose to deal with the consequences of my actions. I do not fear death, I fear life without liberty.

This gave me an idea!!!
For even more impact considering the news coverage that will be present...
Some of the larger more organized Meetups that are too far away to attend the rally in Philly should setup a live video feed via the Internet. The Philly group could then broadcast the feed on a big screen at the big show!!! It gives all of us a chance to be there even though not in person. It also shows the support nation-wide.

Wish I could be there...
Wish I and my girlfriend could be there, however, seeing how it is a 3+ hour drive from Eastern, WA and we both work that day, it would not be possible. But you can at least count us as supporters. :)
