They must never have passed
They must never have passed this resolution. Someone from AZ needs to check this out. They do not seem to be putting their votes where this bill is, though..We really should find out who sponsored this, if it is 8 years old, and more about it..
Hell yes
I just emailed my state reps and senators this bill, asking them to adopt and support it :)

Year 2000?
Looks like that was from the year 2000. Why would they want to do that before Bush even took office. Odd. Maybe there were preparing themselves and foresaw what was going to happen with Bush in office... Pretty amazing stuff. The language of it was a complete defense of Arizona's State Sovereignty vs. The US Government in the event of martial law, guns and liberties being taken away, etc... They were ready for Bush before he even took office. Damn don't F*** with Arizona. Way to go Arizona!
Out of the NH Constitution:
I am copying this out of my copy of the NH Constitution:
Part First-Bill of Rights
Article 10. (Right of Revolution) Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.
I found it here:

It's on the AZ. State leg. site, so I am thinking it might just be legit.
I hope every state joins in.
