I do have an answer to your question. Turn the courts back over to the people and have jury's judge the facts AND the laws. so if the legislature is passing stupid laws, you can still find people innocent even though they are guilty by the law, this is our balance in the system, so legislatures can see how the people feel about thier laws they pass. The judges job is to protect your rights in court and make sure evidence is addmitted properly, were way off huh???
The legislature in our stat abrogated their power to the judicairy-totally in violation in the constitution. So the supreme courts over see the court system, and its totally corrupt.
looking at this we are not following natural laws expressed in the constitution, so now things are a mess. People go through divorce, the judge takes the kids away and make one person a slave to the other and pay child support but not allowed any say in his childs life. this will continue to make our sociaty worse off.
thus enforcing my point of ignoring gods laws doesnt mean we wont suffer consequences.

THE BASICS

There is system of order that defines who has the power. The system is the foundation of “NATURAL LAW”. It is based upon “if you create something, then you have power over what you created”.

God creates Man.
So the Creator is over Man.
Man is a “natural person” created by the Creator.

Man creates Government.
So Man is above government.
Government is an “artificial entity” created by Man.

Government creates corporations.
So government is over corporations.
Corporations are “artificial entities”

Corporations create nothing, and have authority over nothing.

The People are the sovereigns. The sovereign is the ONLY one that has the authority to create law. WE create the LAW because WE created the government.
We have chosen to create our law through representatives that we elect to the legislature. We have power over the law, because we create the law.

The state and federal constitutions are compacts.
A compact is a type of contract.
The contract is between the People; it is amongst ourselves that we jointly agree how we live together in society.
We, the People, are the PRINCIPALS in the contract.

The government, and those that work for us in government, are our AGENTS.

The PRINCIPALS tell the agents what to do.

The agents never have the authority to tell the principals what to do, because the agents are NOT a part of the contract.

The people that work in government are OUR employees, and we write the job descriptions for them.

In the system of government that We the People decided, the People elect representatives to our legislature. The People lobby the legislature. We tell our representatives what we want. The legislature then enacts the laws of the sovereign People.

When We go into Our courts, the power We gave the judges is very limited. The judge is to ensure order in the courtroom, to protect our due process rights, and make certain that the parties have all gotten notice of what is happening and opportunity to respond.
The judge does not have the power to determine the law. It is only the Citizens, in the form of a jury that can judge the law and another Citizen.

WHAT??? How can that be? The judge is the one that is ruling on over 90% of the cases!

“Our” government has systematically taken the power away from the Citizens. The government decided that because we have a driver’s license, we are an “artificial entity” (not a “natural person”). Therefore, according to the government, we no longer have the right to travel, and that a judge, not a jury decides all violations of our traffic laws.

“Our” government determined that when you get a marriage license, your marriage is “incorporated” into the state, and you are no longer a “natural person”, but an “artificial entity”. So, the judges say the government has power over your marriage. If you divorce, the judges have appointed “referees”, unelected people, to determine the outcome of your divorce.

These actions by “Our” government violate the “rule of jurisdiction” under the Natural Law. The judges, part of the government, are “under” the Citizens; and the Citizens, in the form of a jury are the ONLY ones that have the power to determine a case concerning another Citizen.

How did this happen?

In Minnesota, the Legislative branch “gave” the judges the power to “overrule” the law that has been enacted by the Legislature. And the Governor signed the “law” that “gives” this power to the judges.

Can the Legislature do this? Absolutely not.

Think for a minute. Let us say you are in charge of a hospital. There are janitors that have certain jobs, and surgeons that have certain jobs.
Without your consent, the surgeons tell the janitors to perform the operations on the patients. You find out, but do nothing. Of course, this causes complete chaos, lawsuits and the hospital must close down.
We the People are in charge of the hospital (government). Our surgeons (legislature) gave the janitors (judges) the authority to perform operations (overrule our Law).
We have done nothing to stop our agents (the legislature and the judges), and the chaos is upon Us.

We the People must stop Our “out of control” government employees.
This is Our government, Our Law, and Our courts.
Any law that our legislature passes is now controlled by the judges, and not by the People. If we do not change what is happening, then the Legislative and Executive Branches should pack up their bags and go home. The janitors are running the states and the country.

What can we do? Organize. Create the force of our combined voices. And if the people in government do not comply, throw them out of office.

The constitution was founded on these priciples, you cant seperate the two. Unalienable rights come from god, -pick your god, but that is the way our country was founded, if you cant understand that basic concept or except it, then you dont understand the foundation of the constitution. If you except god gave unalienable rights, and no man has authority to take away these basic rights. this is where our constitution gets the power from. Im glad you support the constitution but you should research this a little further.
