So I need help to decide how to spend my return
Submitted by spankz on Tue, 05/20/2008 - 11:30I recently recieved a fairly large income tax return.
Do I
A) Pay off my credit card completely.
B) Pay off 1/2 of my credit card and use the rest to buy more silver.
C) Pay off 1/3 of my credit card, buy silver, and buy a firearm.
I am having a rough time deciding.

D.
Go to Wal-Mart and spend it all on cheap chinese made crap like the rest of America. To not do so would be un-Patriotic.
;)
Pay off your credit card. p.s. You owe me $100 for telling you what you should already know....
Please see below
for my concerns about this course of action.
Do the right thing
Apparently, you aren't paying your fair share in taxes...you should do what's right and return that money to who rightfully owns it, Uncle Sam.
That was in jest, of course.
Regardless of what you do...buy a gun.
What do you think about the war on drugs?
How about Operation Wall Street?

And commit to paying off the card within a year or less. What's the interest rate on your card? Is it fixed?
I would agree normally
but lets say the crisis hits sooner than later and the value of silver skyrockets in terms of dollars.
Couldnt I then sell off just enough silver to pay off my debt?
