Perhaps you should think that many people cannot afford to go all the way to DC.? And when in DC what is the agenda? Where does the march start? Where does it end? What is the route? Where are all these speakers (besides the 3 I have heard of) and who are they? What are the workshops going to be about? Who is running these workshops?

You list Gary Franchi on as a speaker? Do you have any idea of his agenda? Do you realize this is the same man that took donations in the Granny Warrior's name and had them sent to his own account? (yes with some prompting and threats he did turn what he claimed he received) He also took donations for Randy Weaver to get to the Browns and Randy never got a cent of that money... This is the type of person you want people to listen to????
Now from here on in do us all a favor and promote the March on your own threads, so far everything the Granny's have said is going to happen in Sturgis, the March has copied but so far they have not confirmed any of these projects... GRANNY'S HAVE. I see 17 GREAT Speakers on the Festival website and 6 Bands plus the DJ that they listed.

The march talks about lobbying the congress and senate on a Friday? Do they realize that no one is in Washington on Fridays? The politicians leave for their home districts on a Friday and return on Tuesdays. Check it out..

We do not want to take anything away from the March but for God's sake people wake up. This is a hard time for everyone, we all need to stay active in any way possible. But we also have to realize there are limits to people's pocket books.

I also see workshops that are set up giving people the information they will need in the future in times of need, on how to survive and prosper and stay safe.

Take a look at the website and look at the people speaking and putting on the seminars and workshops. These are confirmed and in place. We are not just talking we are doing.

I read this on RPForums - "Just booked my hotel room 1/2 mile from the mall, what is up with the hotel inventory, every single hotel has tons of rooms available for the entire weekend.. What, is everyone going to camp out in tents or is no one actually going? We should have every hotel room in the city booked by now, especially with cancellation policies letting you cancel just 24 hours in advance without penalties.." hmmmm

What kind of statement is that? Think about it, are you "SQUARE" if you cannot afford the trip to Washington with high room rent and high food costs? Stop this type of barrage on these threads.. it is insulting and demeaning to both the March and to the Grannys.

The Grannys have planned and confirmed a great event that will be a great way to learn about many ways to protect themselves and their familys in times of hardship. And it is affordable to the whole family. We have games set up for the kids to keep them occupied while the parents are busy in workshops etc, there are games for the parents and children so family's have a chance to play together which is a lost art in some family's as they are too busy just trying to make a living...

This may be the last time a family can take a Road Trip together due to costs of fuel and limited movements of the population.
