THERE IS only one way to fight back! Hand signals will not work when the FBI is working to infiltrate our ranks!
The FBI will plant spies in the crowd, and they will also plant agent provocateurs to try to get things stirred up. They will even go so far as to get one of their people arrested in front of everyone to tempt us to step in and stop the cops. They will be doing EVERYTHING to try to derail the rally.
There is only one solution! EVERYONE going must, at the very least, come with several disposable cameras. RECORD EVERYTHING you see, especially if some commotion breaks out. When it is all said and done we can piece everything together and figure out who is starting commotion, and then we may be able to use that to trace them back to police forces, or to working for the police.

How about a fish?
We should be like the persecuted underground Christians in Rome who used the fish symbol to identify each other. It would be very appropriate. However it would be hard to make the symbol with your hands. The two finger salute (peace sign) might portray us as hippies.

Two points
1) Secret? Impossible.
2) Based on my semi-shady past on blackjack counting teams, I can tell you that signs that you have to flash are no good. The other person has to be watching when you flash it. You need something continuous. Like a particular kind of hat or something.
