As someone on the Forums

As someone on the Forums mentioned, the VFW is a non-partisan tax-exempt organization. If they were to endorse a candidate they would lose this status. The endorsement is from a VFW-PAC (political action committee), and is not for anything related to the presidential election.

deja vu?

this was a thread yesterday with the same comments by the same people. if I am mistaken, then I am running to the corner store and buying a lottery ticket.

can we get in touch with some veterans for a presidential endorsement then post an update. thanks!

Canada Loves Ron Paul

Canada Loves Ron Paul

The thread title is misleading

All that site says is that Ron Paul has been endorsed before by VFW, in his congressional races. I wouldn't be surprised if he did get theirs for this election, because he does get the most money from the military, but they haven't said so yet.

Past endorsement links

How about past endorsement links?

We have a sign waving, literature drop at one of the largest Veteran's Day celebrations/parades in the country coming up on the November 5 - 11 and to add these as blurbs on the literature drops would be priceless! We're talking about 150,000 people veterans (who vote) showing up in our town for that week. THIS COULD BE HUGE!

Correct

This guy is correct.

Does anyone have a link to

Does anyone have a link to the actual VFW statement endorsing Dr. Paul? That's the link we need.
