It's clear to me now that many of us aren't serious about this movement....
For some reason some of us here can't even sum up the decency to be respectful to other people on minor and insignificant beliefs. So, you all can stay and bicker about Bob Barr. I'm going to go work on getting Ron Paul elected and spreading the message. Say what you want about me. Call me a troll and a neocon. And while you're doing that, I'll convert 10 people to our cause and hopefully win a spot as a national delegate.

i get what your saying.anytime a large group of free thinking individuals together there are going to be different opinions, and strong ones at that! throw in a few trolls and a disinformast or two and you,,well you can see how subjects can take on a life of their own.i'm just thinking that as long as we allow anything besides this revolution to take over our attentions than we are weakened as a movement. we have to stay focused on waking people up with Ron Paul,and to our Constitution.we can have it all out after we win . good luck on becoming a delegate,sounds like you will be a very good one.
I think this is true...
There are many of us that aren't serious about this movement, but not to be discouraged, we ARE at LEAST (at very least) 1 million strong, and that is nothing to sneeze at. Shoulders down, back straight, head high. Let these people waiver, WE are the backbone to this movement, and WE embrace all those willing to walk with the convictions necessary to return this country to the place it was meant to be. Don't worry, WE are watching those that are not yet convinced of the totality of the message, and WE are here for them, whether they know it or not.

That way people know what we stand for and it can be compared to the parties platform and we list them all on a web site. In other words we do everything you do to make a party only stop at actually making one. everyone is welcome to jon it if they agree and they can still be part of their parties. Only thing is while they are hear they learn. that is what we are about teaching isn't it. In this way we effect all parties at the same time. Why build any one party up when we can have our own movment that can effect change in them all and they have to come to us to gain their advantage. We use their evil against them. We become like the consumer advocacy group of polotics. we endorce we participate in working the streets for the party that agrees. We teach. We become the anti-CFR!

But we have been fighting for the wrong thing. We think we need to be a party. We don't. These people want us for one thing and one thing only. Labor they want our activism they want our energy they want our drive. Well I say we offer it to the higest bider. The one who offers us the most freedom the most independance. The ones woh give the most gets the who'll sha-bang. Only they sign on the dotted line. No promises Contracts. They want to hire an already made actist network of people ready to go out and fight tooth and nail. Then they must be willing to sign on the doted line. The parties already do this with polling networks and mass mailing but non of these beat feet on the street. They want ativist we want platform changes. Why not barter we are all for that right.

If he doesn't win the nomination I'll figure that out then. However I think we are all starting to realize that there are going to be some spread this movement into all directions and that is unsettling to us. I to have been feeling upset over the last 24 hrs and if I have been mean spirited to anyone I ask your forgiveness. I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the decissions that are going to have to be made in the near future. However I want us all to think about this. We must make plans for after the convention. If we do not do this this movement will not be a powerful bullet any more it will become a shotgun blast that will lose its force. I'm thinking we must make plans now to move away from this being a Ron Paul movement. I think its time we make a name. something that will take the place of Ron Paul. Not the man Ron Paul but the name only something that units us the same as the name Ron Paul does. We are like a child being born once its born it must be givin a name our it has no identity. We must define who we are. This way instead of people taking the Ron Paul revolution and scattering it. People from all parties or ideologies can be where they are and still be part of it. In other words we don't lose them alltogether. This way when something comes up that we all disagree with the shotgun comes back together to form the bullet we need to bring force to one goal. We have many battles to fight in the next 4 years no matter what happens. This way no matter how they divide us we don't lose our strength. I remmeber a saying "If you love something let it go free if it comes back to you it is yours if it doesn't it never was". Some of these people are going to go diffrent directions we have to except this. This is what the neocons want its the division they so crave. The children of this movement must be aloud to leave and go out into the world and learn. We must be hear waiting for them to come home. When their is a crissis at home do we not all get in our cars and go back to comfort and protect the family. We must do the same. We should suport each other in the decisions our family members make even if we don't like it and the ones who leave should realize that we will give our honest opinions even if it does not tickle their ears. That is what families do. The main thing is we must not let them take away our unity in the things we stand for and the things believe. We are a diverse group we have already shon that we can be all inclusive for the right set of values. this does not have to end. But if we continue to stay in the womb we will never be born We will never take our fist breath of freedom. No we need to come forth into the world and make ourselves known. We need to take on a name! A name that says who we are! That no matter where we go what party we are in at the time. That we have a home that we can go to and unite in a force that is unmatched by any other. One that supercedes all parties one that knows no bounds. one that loves all Amricans and will put them first. A place to store up our loyalties. A place untouched by their evil. A place of shelter. A place to rally and a place to strike fourth form. A place where the tomb of parties resides. A place they fear and dear not tread. I think its time we get a name guys. Before we lose all that weve gained. What we have is special and they know it. They can't understand it. And they cant create it. They just have to join it. They fear it. Because they want it for themselves. It cannot be created. It just originated. It just is! We need to make all parties understand this one thing we don't join you you join us. without that you lose. Tell us what you can do for us (instert name here). If it pass the test. this is what (insert name here) can do for you. We give out by measure till we get a Ron Paul type to emerge. Then we give it all. We don't cahnge for them they must change for (insert name here). Yes we need a name! its time we come forth to our rightful inheritance. Its promised to us not them. Its ours! Attention all Delegates to the state Convention
There is a possibility that the state party leaders may not restart the convention. In that case, there may be a need to attempt to restart without their cooperation, even though that has its risks. If you are a delegate, please go to the link below and provide your contact information. There are several reasons for this, including the need to gain information about how many delegates would agree to come to a reconvened convention. You don't have to state whether you are a Ron Paul supporter or not. Unlike the poll from state party headquarters, this is not a deceptive poll. At this writing, there is no space for comments at the link, but I am hoping that Carl Bunce will add that soon, so that delegates can comment as to whether or not they would attend a restarted convention. there has been a location for the gop conference offered
to us to do our convention....The official state gop turned it down(of course--arrogant bastards) However if we can put together a little over 700 delegates, we have a quorum..then we can do this legally and officially, and they cant stop us. Even if they try to have another one, to try and disqualify ours, they cant if they don't have a quorum(ie700 or so delegates show up) So we really have a shot here..Its just a matter of contacting all the state delegates....
so get on the phone...call as many as you know to call send emails ,post on all ron paul websites, post on any/all Nevada Ron Paul meetups.....GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGO!!!!

who said that the Revolution is not about him. It's bigger than that. Barr is a politician who has been inspired and influenced by Dr. Paul. We should definitely be supporting him.

We can still promote and support Ron Paul but as well alert others to the PHONY pretenders to the "Message of Freedom" -- not everyone has good intuition (or intentions!)
The bottom line is that Barr is a partial libertarian at best
Rationally he does not belong in the LP. He is a libertarian-leaning conservative that belongs in the GOP.
But, he seems like he is new to libertarianism. He needs to go read some Mises.

The Barr thing is pure distraction. Let's skip that crap and focus on the Ron Paul agenda. Teach as many as you can and help them teach others. There will come a time when the message is feared...because truth can create fear. It's part of what change is all about.. and we need to expect that we will not be spared of the same challenge our for-fathers faced.
