High Tide Airtime SOUTH DAKOTA - Planning Schedule Now

Still taking donations through tomorrow. Please help us meet our goal - we're almost there!!
We have to figure out the schedule fast so we can get the ad on the air in South Dakota starting Friday. They usually need the tape and check minimum 2 days before, so time it tight. South Dakota votes June 3rd.
Here are all the rates and coverage maps. FOX-KTTW looks like the best option, with maybe some spots on ABC-KSFY "Good Morning America".
Please jump in here and give some input. We should have $4,000 to spend, and hopefully more.

We'll have 19 spots on FOX-KTTW. Will post schedule when I get it.
Waiting on FOX-KEVN schedule as well.
Very expensive, but will reach a lot of people in the state. We'll also be on all cable and satellite (DishNetwork, DirectTV) in the state, as they carry the local broadcast channels. An added bonus for going broadcast :)

I guess you are blowing off NM which votes June 3rd as well. Until I read that their are plans to run the High Tide here in NM, I will not donate.

The 2 states we've done the
The 2 states we've done the best in PA at 16% and now
ID at 23% both had the High Tide ad in them.

The Obvious
FoxNews Sunday only $60 per 1 minute. That will be the reason for the disclaimer at the bottom. I would imagine that has already been raised.
First Business M-F. This next week may be big in the market. More might tune in.
A few of those Sat and Sund local morning shows look good.
Only $40 for every show M-F from 6 AM to 6 PM. Very cheap.
You can hit some off peak
times and get them for a cheaper price. Also be sure to call your local cable provider, they might be able to get you some better deals. Good luck and keep up the great work.

He already checked with cable. Cable is Very Spoty in this State. They're 15 seperate Regions and no discout for using more then one.
The Midco Cable -- the largest cable provider in Sioux Falls, doesn't even service Tea, Lenex, Dell Rapids, or Baltic towns that are practically suberbs of Sioux Falls. And the rates for Midco Cable were $65 a spot.
I think Advertising on ABC (We need ads on ABC. That will reach practicly the entire state -- at least for people that watch ABC.) And Fox are the best.
And then if people watch those chanals on cable, they'll see it anyway.
The real question is, WHICH shows on ABC and FOX to adveritise on I think.
NBC Also has a big imprint in the Greater Sioux Falls Area. It might be worth it -- just to make sure we reach Sioux Falls as much as possible) to try and do a couple on that network. But that affiliate doesn't reach the nothernern and Western parts of the state like ABC and FOX I don't think.

Besides, going on broadcast gets you on cable anyway, plus satellite :)

What do you think? Spend 50% on both FOX & ABC? I think ABC has a larger broadcast reach though. Problem is neither reach the western border so we won't be in Rapids City.

Might scrap ABC and go with both FOX's. KTTW is east and KEVN is west out of Rapid City. That would basically cover the entire state. Waiting on a rate card.

I do agree that if you can do Broadcast FOX that would be better then CAble.
However, don't you think that there are people that don't watch fox that do watch ABC?
I suppose Republicans are more likely to watch Fox though maybe.
Unless FOX gives us a really good bulk discount, don't you think it would be better to try and get both an ABC and FOX imprint?
