Going to buy some grain seeds today

and practice making spouted-grain bread. One cup of spouts is all you need. That's much less grain than for a regular loaf of bread.

Bought a tea kettle for hot water. Tried it out -- funny to hear it whistle. Hadn't heard that in a long time.
