Ron Paul in Iraq

0 votes

I'm not sure if this is even reasonable or safe for that matter but, I have been hearing a lot of talking heads going off about Obama not wanting to visit the troops in Iraq.

This may be an opportunity for our candidate to not only show who the troops want as our President but show that Dr. Paul does in fact support our troops and does care about them (the individual) and not the war.

This would be great press for him as well as really define his message.

I think he would be safe because the rest of the world wants Dr. Paul to lead.

Just a thought please feel free to comment or shoot down.
If we all like it maybe we can raise money to get him there.

I think it would be a great idea

There would be lots of press and the troops could show their support and many would be thrilled to see and meet him. I understand that there is no need, no matter the conditions there the war is unconstitutional and unjustifified, but simply as a service to those over there and a talking point it would be a great move.

Oops

Sorry about your Congressman. Wrong place wrong time, I guess.

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? I DO NOT WANT RON PAUL ANYWHERE NEAR THAT DISASTER. WAY TOO EASY TO GET HIM THERE.

I TRY NOT TO JUDGE, BUT THIS IDEA IS RETARDED. DISMISS IT AT ONCE

Ron Paul's response

to this question was.

"I don't need to go to Iraq to read the constitution"

We do not need our presidents to travel to foreign countries in order to serve our country.

If Obama really wants to end this war then he should not go over and he should say "I want to end our involvement in iraq, not extend more US presence there"

It may just be part of the Clinton/McCain plots of assassinating Obama in my opinion.

Assassinate a Bush/Cheney

Assassinate a Bush/Cheney relative who has a former FED chairman as an economic adviser? I don't think so.

I think it

is a great idea. Don't forget to send some troops a care package with "The Relvolution" by Ron Paul in it. www.anysoldier.com. Keep up the great work.
