is there video that continues after the end of this one?

That was good.

Too bad they don't understand what is happening around them. It's good that we do though.

It makes you wonder what goes through their minds though when they are *told* to leave after all that goes into becoming a state delegate.

If Ron Paul himself tells me to leave the convetion, that's too bad for him, because there is no way I will ever give up my rights again.

SInce joining the revolution in may of last year, I'm now of the opinion that you will have to take my rights from me. I will no longer give them freely away like I used to when I lived in ignorance.

It is amazing to watch people like the ones in this video now after waking up to what's going on. Thank goodness for the Meetup groups, cause if I had to go through this last year without getting to have adult conversations with actual patriots, you would probably be reading about me in your local paper rather than here at Daily Paul. LOL just kidding.

I guess most sheep feel the've done their duty by just showing up for the herd.

Then when they feel good about themselves, they leave.

Maybe there should be some kind of goodies given out, or a drawing or raffle held after all business had been concluded, but you need to be present to win.

There should be a rule that

There should be a rule that those who walk out and leave the convention are not permitted back in.

Not only were they permitted

Not only were they permitted back in but the security allowed them to file back in without checking their ID which they did in Stalinesque manner the whole entire convention.

Can someone answer this for me please.

Can someone please tell me why they would walk out if they had the majority anyway? What does walking out accomplish? Can't they just adjourn the meeting like other normal procedures do? The whole thing boggles my mind... They weren't the minority, there was no reason to walk out right?

adjourn convention

At some point, I think after the 'yes' packet of resolutions passed, one of the McCain snakes did make a motion to adjourn the meeting early, before we got to the 'no pass' or 'no' packet of resolutions. That motion didn't pass.

That's basically when the walkout started. Afterwards, I saw one of the McCain snakes in the ladies room and she said something lame about the fact that several of them needed to get back home so that's why they left early. (I wonder if that explains why they came slithering back in the room after it was discovered we still had a quorum?) She was talking to someone else, and I just let it pass rather than confront her, I was tired and it didn't really matter at that point.

They just showed themselves to be sneaks and liars; though I understand not all of them fit in that category. And I'd actually been beginning to feel a little 'warm & fuzzy' toward them. Their move erased any goodwill we had.

We were going to start passing through the resolutions that were mostly RP resolutions (such as repealing the 16th amendment) and they were afraid that the McCain supporters would "accidentally" side with something like that (which is against what McCain believes) so they had all of them walk out to prevent a quorum so we couldn't pass anything. You're right though, they did win. They had the most delegates. They just don't know when enough is enough.

"We will never give up. We will never give in." - Dr. Ron Paul

If they walked out there

If they walked out there would no longer be a quorum to conduct further business. This way they did not have to vote down everything and reveal how truly un democratic the party actually is...

Stalin would have been proud of the McCain supporters who (goose-step) walked out.

I was there.

Did you notice how young and
enthusiastic these people were. Not!Anyway I heard that some did not want to go but were told they had to several times until they caved and went.
The ones that stayed were on the fence McCain supporters and I know we converted some to Ron Paul!

How pathetic

That is them trying to look "noble" and "principled". Using someone else's lives and bodies of course.

Thank you for posting this...

I am very disappointed with the McCain people that played these games, what a bunch of losers. I want to Thank those Ron Paul delegates, and supporters for a job well done, and give you all a great big hug from California.

Just remember the walk-out did not work!

We still had a quorum by 50 people. This is when the anti-war resolution was passed. 1 win for the Revolution. 1 loss for the sheep.

Right On!!!!!!!!!!

The anti-war resolution rules, great job!!!!

Washington walk-out

I found this infuriating! What A$$holes we have become in America.

talk about sheep!

They just lined up and followed the one in front of them with no thought of what they were really doing. These people don't deserve a man like Ron Paul. They deserve whatever crap the government has planned.
