State conventions used to be open to the people who wanted to be involved in the electoral or political process, but it is all about one man Steve Robertson. I doubt anybody here would be all that thrilled about voting for McConquer anyway.

What gets me is that people are trying so hard to ruin their own lives and to subject their posterity to even worse living conditions…all in the name of remaining comfortably conventenal.

The government steals tens of thousands of dollars from a poor widow, and then gives two or three hundred bucks back to her in the form of disease control (what the Nazis call “health care”—IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HEALTH!!!) Our dear Widow’s meds will keep her body from healing itself. Thanks to the drug/medical/military bloc, she'll likely remain either sick or thinking she’s sick (due to medical insurance “opportunity”) for the rest of her life. This is but one of many many examples I’ve seen of government abuse of people of all ages.

All for the sake of the convenience and quasi-acceptance and convenience of conventionalism.

Most congressmen view people merely as workers—funders of government activity. Unfortunately, we really don’t understand the complexities of government operation.

I’m rambling—not really staying with the current thread. I’ve so teed off for almost all my life about how the government’s been degrading society.

But that McCain zombie doesn’t break my heart at all.
