URGENT: Texas Grassroots NEEDS your help! Please read!

I am sure all of you have heard that the Texas GOP Grassroots has gotten a temp. restraining order against the Republican Party of Texas compeling them to FOLLOW THE RULES.

PLEASE donate ANYTHING you can ($1 - $5 - $20?) - money is needed ASAP to order things for our historic convention next week.

Who is asking for this money and who is going to make sure it is transparent?? I know about the article, but what does that have to do with needing money? If you are going to ask for money, I think you need to be more clear.

The next phase of this is going to be combating their whisper campaigns.
Their claims are and will be that we are doing this all to disrupt the
convention for our own ends regarding the nomination, and not because it's
simply the law. This could not be farther from the truth--our candidate's
campaign has made them show their cards more than normal, but the reality
is there are major players with us in Texas who voted for Huckabee and even
McCain. We want a fair convention so we can have those debates FAIRLY.

So we need funds for PR! You all responded admirably on the legal costs,
but this is at least as important. We don't want this great progress and
the sacrifice so far to get flushed by hysteria we aren't equipped to
combat. We need flyers and all kinds of other stuff at the convention to
explain who we really are. So far most people we talk to aren't sure why
it matters at first but get behind us VERY quickly... but we need to
multiply that an order of magnitude or so.
