Were explosives used to bring down the buildings?

Ok, the Debunking 9/11 conspiracies in Popular Mechanics Magazine was by Ben Chertoff, the cousin to Michael Chertoff....head of the Dept. of Homeland Security. Ya, no conflict of interest or possible agenda there.

Yes, explosives were used on all three buildings.

The single bit of evidence that easily proves this is the video of the collapse of Building 7. It had several minor fires on upper floors, so any collapse due to fire should have started up there. But you'll see immediately that not only is there precious little evidence of fire in the building at the time of collapse, but the entire building drops as though it was being dissolved at the bottom -- a classic demolition profile.

Given the incontrovertible fact that Building 7 was brought down by carefully placed explosives (it takes days or weeks to get it just right), the event had to be planned long in advance. Furthermore, there's no way some ragtag band of Al Qaida fanatics could have managed that. There is much evidence indicating who MIGHT have managed it, though. Check it out.

So, if Building 7's collapse was planned in advance, but was claimed by the government to be a side effect of the collapse of one or both of the twin towers, then the government is obviously wrong. Worse, if the twin towers LOOKED like they collapsed in the standard mode of controlled demolition, when Building 7 WAS deliberately brought down with advance preparation, it would border on insanity to insist that they came down only because of the plane impacts and resulting fires (when the buildings were designed to withstand just such impacts, and no steel-frame high-rise before or since has EVER collapsed because of fire ... yeah, that's right: the only three steel-frame high-rise buildings ever claimed to have collapsed because of fire are claimed to have done so within hours of each other and in the same few city blocks, all with fire damage visible only at upper floors).

Like I say, the closer you look, the uglier it gets. People in the top echelons of the Bush Administration, the Pentagon, the CIA, and more were actively involved in planning and executing this black operation. No other explanation is conceivable without abandoning both evidence and logic.

All that aside, don't fault Ron Paul for not jumping on this. I think he knew it was a no-win issue for the foreseeable future, and simply chose to deal with it later.

They lost 24 citizens. A Paliamentary Petition was accepted today to start the investagation. This is also for the connection to Iraq war. I can't seem to link the article on placeinspace.Blog.com/911. Will see what becomes of it.
