I miss the good ole days
Waiting till after midnight to donate and watching the meter spike. Seeing all the patriots with signs in the background during a news cast. Watching all the you tube videos from some amazingly talented individuals. Planning with other patriots here as to how we were going to get the message out. Turning people in my precinct on to the fact that they did not have to vote for the lesser of two evils. Helping other patriots get to Iowa to trudge through the snow and spread the message. Driving to far away places to support and meet RP and other freedom loving people. Watching the surprise on Dr. Paul's face when he sees the droves of people chanting his name. Seeing the blimp fly.
Yeah, I miss that sense of spirit,and cooperation....
I wish there was a candidate or a ticket we could ALL get behind and support like we do RP.

I miss waiting all week to see Ron Paul in the debates and on TV. We need to keep getting people in congress and other public positions.
Rooting for him in the debates was cool.

I so loved the fever when it seemed like we were unstoppable but now I enjoy the company of those who are unstoppable. I will never waiver, I will meet every challenge, I will prevail are the sounds of the company I keep today. Ron Paul is only part of the movement, WE ARE GREATER. You may think it it rests on the shoulder of one person, in that much you are correct, but the shoulder it rests upon is ours individually. You want to rally behind the crowd, I ask you to rally behind yourself and step up with the crowd. I do not care if you have the moral fiber or fortitude to do so, as I will still stand and prevail. I will, like so many on this forum do, stand up and fight the fight for you even if your unwilling to stand for yourself. You want to know what the greatest moments of this campaign are? then make some! I think today was better then yesterday but I believe we can make tomorrow even better. You know what, I know it is better because I'm not dead yet and like my fellow patriots that is what it will take to stop me from succeeding!!

The state legislatures need the same wakeup call. We need to go more local and shake it up at the state level. State Reps, State Senators, Governors, and other State elected offices. Keep the spirit alive and go local.

It was a great ride! (I know
It was a great ride! (I know he's still a candidate) You hit many of the high points of mine too. After 30 years in the liberty 'movement', I know that there will be more, there will be another exciting candidate, actually many more to come. It's so encouraging to me to see such incredible growth! Thank you all for your support of the Doc!

This whole campaign has been the highlight of my life. Nothing has ever touched me like this has. The best part was when I went to NH for the last 4 days of the campaign there. It was like going back in time to the first Revolution, in spirit. Unbelievable.
Dr. Paul will be announcing his new Foundation at the Minneapolis convention, so it's all going to keep happening. Let's all keep on creating it!!!

I was thinking the
same thing today. Wow, it was so exciting. I had never been involved in any thing like that before. Wish I had got involved at a younger age. I have few regrets in life but this would be one. I think the computer age has opened up politics and news to a scrutiny that was never there before. It will be such a shame if it all gets controlled and censured by a few. Peace

If communications are down, then things get more local. Actually, building relationships locally is super effective and build long lasting bonds of freedom. And that's what makes you feel good, you know, some one says, "Ya, awesome book by RP"
We darn near don't need the internet for our current world foundation of hope has already been built, and has been in the making a long time too.

Other than a couple of local campaigns here in Austin Tx. I had never been interested in Presidential campaigns. I don't feel good about the future either and hated to see RP shunned the way he was. It makes me want to hope for the demise of the USA but unfortunately I live here and will be affected by it.
The freedom message is NOT popular with people that don't know they've been enslaved.
