She seems to believe that she is above the law as well. She has violated the Logan Act herself with her trip to Syria (which was done with opposition from the White House) Let alone Syria is one of the largest sponsers of international terrorism. Maybe this would be a good first step. Here is the link.

Most Democrats voted
to not hold impeachment hearings, but to refer it to the Judiciary Committee where they knew it would be killed. Most of the Republicans want impeachment hearings to start, because they think it will hurt the Democrats by making them look stupid, which is why they voted "No." A vote of No is a vote in favor of the proceedings to occur there in the House. Kucinich voted against his own proposal by voting "Yes" to send it to the Judiciary Committee to die.

Cindy Sheehan can unseat Pelosi and get her completely out of congress like she deserves. I remember a couple years ago when Sheehan was camped outside Bush's ranch. I remember when she said if Pelosi wouldn't impeach Bush that she would run against Pelosi. Unlike Pelosi... Sheehan makes good on her promises and is now running against Pelosi in 2008. Go Cindy!!!

How would Sheehan become House Speaker? If she wins against Pelosi and takes Pelosi's House seat that does not mean Sheehan automatically becomes Speaker of the House. The House of Representatives chooses their Speaker, not the voters.

With Pelosi gone the House will choose a new speaker. Sheehan wouldn't be the replacement simply by winning the election. Sheehan would simply be a member of the House, like all other members of the House.

Doesn't Congress already have the sole power to declare wars? That's what is stated in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution.

Pelosi is a joke
When the dems got elected in 2006, got the majority in congress, people were expecting those folks to get us back in the right track, end the war, strength the economy, secure the borders, .... but what happens is exactly what Dr. Paul keeps saying: It is a one party system, those guys are just politicians, they always find compromises in order to serve the lobbyists/special interests who put them in power not their constituents!
Pelosi is just another example of such politicians and soon people will discover that Obama is exactly the same as is Mccain= Politics as usual!
