An Open letter to SGP
Dear Dr. Steve Parent,
There are only a few people here on the DailyPaul that do not believe in the good works that you do for Ron Paul and the Revolution. The Naysayers who seem intent on your destruction are to me, working for the enemy.
I applaud you for all that you have done for Ron Paul's message.
I remember what great success we had in Alaska because of the people you inspired. I also remember that we almost got Nevada too, because of your efforts.
The Neocons are onto are tactics now, but you have been a guiding light to many of us.
I implore you not to quit the daily paul. We need people like you.
Please stay and help spread Ron Paul's message. A message that many people will go to extremes to hide or destroy.

I urge SGP (Dr. Parent) to continue with the radio and talk to meet-up groups and delegates etc. about strategy. I looked through the PDF file and it is clear the issue has been totally blown out of proportion (just like with the newsletter issue in Dr. Paul's name). He merely had to pay a civil (not criminal) fine of 4000 US.
We have not heard SGP's account of the story also, which I am sure will put the whole issue into perspective. SGP came across as a very honest man, never asking money for himself, only for others (the radio station). Also think about people like Steve Kubby, LP presidential candidate who had to face 40 years of sentence due to medical mariujana,which he needs as cancer patients. He wrote an article on thirdpartywatch.com yesterday on it and look at reason.tv about this issue: it is terrible how the state is treating these people. As SGP is still active, (with Phonak? or a related Swiss company), I am sure his credentials are 100% sound.
Best is perhaps to only observe, not post on dailypaul etc. for a while (with this terrible Laurie scooping) and when you want to post news, info, give it to one of us to post. So stay active with the radio, call in etc.
All of us has his/her thing. Laurie mentioned she work for Fortune 500 companies, now how many of these companies are not contributing to McCain etc., apart of the media and military industrial complex and Bear Stearns that were bailed out (immorally)? To think how Halliburton, Blackwater etc. (also Laurie's clients?) come away with murder? I am sure many of them act liek Worldcom and Enron and how many stock option fraud and stock manipulation that is not observed. Laurie could be a sincere RP supporter, she just seems to be overly emotional and distort the issues, instead of concentrating on the real "enemy".

I agree! Steve your efforts here speak for themselves. Your detractors and their tactics reveal what kind of people they are. Don't let them control how you act with their attack and manipulations, you are in charge of you. They only have power over you if you give it to them. Don't give it to them!
