Who am I?
I am a man, I am a Jew
A dolphin, a butterfly, a fish are all a clue
Seven is my claim to fame
But I had to wait four before it came
At the time, I was overshadowed by the eleven and the eight
But eventually the world realized my level of great
I am still alive and kicking
It used to be a flutter
But now I’m just glad to be living

Most within the swimming community thought that Spitz was ready for greatness. He himself said he choked and I think he only walked away with a couple of Silver and Bronze. Not exactly sure of the medal count from Mexico City.
