I checked in the 2002 election Graham won with about 10% margin, with both the LP and CP candidates getting 1% respectively. Eevery vote counts, especially in a close election. I read Buddy Witherspoon that lost against Lindsay Graham said he would neither vote for nor endorse Graham. Now ALL the Ron Paul supporters in SC in the senate area (meet-up groups) as well as the Libertarian and Constitution Party supporters should be encouraged to vote for Conley. Graham has millions to his disposal, I think 4 million plus and Conley still about nothing, so a money bomb and pro-active fundraising should be organized, perhaps by individuals if C4L would not be able to \officially support/endorse non-GOP candidates. A very professional website should be constructed for him, youtube page etc. and especially campaigning. Make sure about the rules, whether as a registered Republican, you can vote for a Democrat. If not, and possible for an Independent, re-register as an Independent. Conley should be promoted big time. People can also arrange radio (blogtalkradio etc.) interviews with him etc.

In this way I think a Ron Paul supporter in the area can vote for Barr (L) or Baldwin(C) in the presidential election, Conley (D) in the senate election, and as congress for a GOP (R) is he/she is fairly (perhaps not exactly) on the Ron Paul platform.
