Constitutional lawyer and Salon.com blogger Glenn Greenwald has been posting the past couple days about an attempt by the Democratic leadership in Congress to get a FISA update "compromise" bill passed that includes telecom immunity. This is no compromise and will serve only to protect the lawbreakers and their enablers.
