Let's say this bill passes

Let's say this bill passes and becomes law but in the future is found to be unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Would that then mean that the telecoms lose the immunity that would have been provided?

Hard to argue with that

keep telling them to read the Bill of Rights and vote as they have sworn to do

Simple and unassailable. Well done.
