After a few weeks of rumors, the bill that will immunize telecommunication companies from lawsuits related to their allowing the Bush administration to spy on Americans is about to reach the House floor.

Let's say this bill passes
Let's say this bill passes and becomes law but in the future is found to be unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Would that then mean that the telecoms lose the immunity that would have been provided?
As far as I understand it, this sort of law should require a constitutional amendment to make it legal.

I wrote them all again. All I can do is keep telling them to read the Bill of Rights and vote as they have sworn to do. "Revenge is Mine, sayeth the Lord". They will get theirs someday by not keeping their sworn oaths, but I didn't tell them that, because I thought, in their paranoia, they would see it as a threat instead of a simple statement of belief.
