"Joint House Resolution 1089, passed by an overwhelming 92-3 margin, reasserts Oklahoma's sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and, according to the resolution's own language, is "serving notice to the federal government to cease and desist certain mandates."
"The Tenth Amendment states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.""

Sovereignty
I agree the rest of the states should follow, but if the request are not answered I think secession would be the next step. Some states such as Oklahoma, would be at a extreme disadvantage in the event of secession unless the surrounding states joined in,because of logistics. And any motion to have a group of states join for secession would likely lead to civil war.But it is the Federal Governments place to answer these under the tenth.
