If any of you are concerned about the government tracking your kids, especially for health/vaccination reasons, I HIGHLY suggest you refrain from getting them Social Security numbers upon their birth AND into their late teens.

On March 9, 1995, Shalala published a notice in the Federal Register of the intent to establish a new routine use of the Social Security number. This permits the Social Security Administration to disclose the Social Security number of a newborn to state health department officials for public health programs including, but not limited to, establishing public immunization registries with the goal of operating a national network of coordinated statewide immunization registries. The new routine use of the Social Security number permits HHS to disclose information about individuals without their consent if it is for the purpose of administering a government public health program or for conducting medical research.

you'd better make damn sure you talk to people there. it's automatic and

We refused the SS in the hospital for first-born....

SO...........is there any way to confirm if those weasels issued him one even though we forbade them to do so?
One thing that really astounded me (and I'm sure I probably mentioned it before) is that they kept coming in and questioning us about filling-out the SS form.
We kindly refused each time and told them we'd do it later (with my fingers crossed behind my back).
SURELY those weasels can't just push it through anyway, right?
OHHHH YESS, and by the way - my sister-in-law, whom I warned about getting a SS# for her kid, got a mailing not too long ago from some governmental agency asking if she wanted her kid's vaccination record tracked via SS#. Of course she said no......but then that probably sends some red-flag to those weasels.
This government is going to collapse soon from all its excesses - but unfortunately, it's going to crumble on top of most of us when it happens.
And another thing I just thought of -
Each time my wife goes with several of her mom's-group friends to some pre-school/playschool place that's privately-owned, they always ask my wife if our kid is vaccinated, and that she must fill out some form that they retain on-file for DCF (CPS) stating that we are abstaining.
My wife refuses to do business with those establishments.
It would be a HUGE red-flag to even fill out a document which states we abstain from vaccinating. We'll be the first place they'll kick the door in when some pandemic comes and they start force-vaccinating kids like a bunch of demonish ghouls.

i got one for my daughter
on accident. i planned to not get one. i thought you had to fill out paper work for it, in fact, im almost sure that they gave me the paper work. but apparently if you dont request to NOT get one for your chil, they automatically give them one. i was beyond pissed. that was a hard lesson learned. INFO!! OBTAIN IT!!!

So, I received a SSC with a name that looks and sounds like my daughter's, but we never filled out the paperwork for one. In fact, we had written refused across that section of the paperwork at the hospital. When I called to tell SSA about the mistake they told me I can't send it back and the number will always be hers. I told Kathy that the number was not hers because neither she nor her parents applied for the card and that according to the SSA the name and number belong to SSA as stated on the back of the card.
Has anyone had any luck getting them to accept the card back once it has been issued?

The more people turn down Birth Certificates and SSNs, the more awareness is created that these items are not manditory, and most definitely not a natural and normal part of having children.
Also, once enough people are refusing Birth Certificates and SSNs, institutions that "require" it will need to adjust.
Remember, this, along with every stand we make for liberty makes it that much better for everyone else who is also making the same stand. You are not alone!

Nor a Birth Certificate
An affidavit of live birth is the lawful way to prove a child's being brought into the world and establish birthright as a lawful state citizen. A birth certificate serves to collateralize that child and to create the legal fiction "strawman" corporate entity(represented by the all capital letter NAME) that we are expected to operate UNDER. See the difference?

While you are correct that our children are the collateral of the state. It is not really the birth certificate that makes them such, it is the marriage license. Since a State granted marriage license is a contract between the groom, bride and the State, with the State having the authority to establish the contract/relationship, anything produced by the marriage technically belongs to the State. The Record of Live Birth, not the birth certificate, is the vehicle used to record the ownership of the property at the Bureau of Vital Statistics, a sub-department of the Department of Commerce. The Birth Certificate is given to the parents/guardians and the Record of Live Birth is recorded with the State.

You are on point about the marriage license. That is another topic for discussion, and I would argue against applying for one in favor of a marriage contract, thus not bringing the state in as a party to the marriage in the first place. However, the birth certificate, being title(notice how it is on bank paper?) to the all capital letter name entity and having the state corporation named at the top as owner, is not something I would wish to inflict on a child. I am not recommending any course of action to anyone unless they have fully researched and comprehend the ramifications thereof. Personally, I am the holder in due course to my title/birth certificate, and have placed a restrictive value on it.
