Looks like we've been down this path before. Is this referencing the same judge in Oregon?
Federal Judge Rules Parts of Patriot Act Unconstitutional -- this is a video posted way back on September 26th, 2007 -- nine months ago.
Related portion is short, only from 0:14 to 0:40 (Olberman says "more on that later," but no more on calling parts of the Patriot Act unconstitutional is included in the YouTube clip)
So, is this CNN Wolf Blitzer announcement in the OP new? Or, a just-posted rehash of nine-month-old news (that evidently came to naught)? Or???

with Blitzer was posted originally a year ago...someone reposted it on June 22....but it's news from Sept. 2007...I am losing my hearing but it sounds like the Judge's name is Anne Akins...

Okay, I just watched the video...it doesn't seem to be photoshopped or trick-edited...I'm rubbing my eyes and pinching myself...this really happened??
Wow, this; and, I also just noticed a headline on DP about the TTC/NAFTA highway apparently being struck down -- what's going on today?!?
Not that I'm displeased!!! It's just that...well, I guess I'm hesitant to quickly cheer "Victory!" when I suspect there might yet be another shoe to drop. Hm, looks like a year and a half of "enlightenment "has quieted my optimism somewhat!
Still, in the meantime, I shall at least enjoy a moment of what appears to be progress. What Ho, and Hurrah! for that Federal judge in Oregon!

they passed the bill to impune the telecoms last week and basically decimated the fourth and then now this week this judge calls it unconstitutional ? what the hell are they up to ?

The sad thing is this shouldn't even be news. Everyone knows, or should know, that the PA is unconstitutional.
Anyway, jail is too good for most of the frauds who voted for this. I vote for a public execution, after a trial (of course) with all the due process afforded by, well, the Patriot Act.
