Maybe you could also schedule an interview with Prof. Michael Munger, political science prof. at Duke and LP candidate for governor. (I do not know how the GOP candidate is). They refused Munger's arge to debate the D & R candidates. The Lp only gained access recently to NC and with a strong candidate, they could make a meaningful impact, also with Barr.

The Ron Paul Republicans would be most important, especially those that will have primaries first where the incumbent is a GOP, meaning if the incumbent can be beaten, the Ron Paul candidate may - theoretically - already have won the seat for next year.
Kurt Erickson in WA district 5 is such a person. Dr. Paul mentioned about two weeks ago during his speech at the FFF, that she is a GOP congresswoman who told him there are many Ron Paul signs in her district and many RP supporters, that she supposedly vote with paul on every issue (LOL) and that he should endorse her and speak to the RP supporters. I found out the incumbent GOP in WA - where Paul has strong support - is indeed a young woman (there are only a few in the GOP), so it must be her. Erickson only announced in May, so time is of the essence and let us make he beat her. I saw she endorsed McCain (in February) and of course not voted with Dr. Paul. She voted for the permanency of the Patriot Act!
There also in Nevada three GOP candidates. I wonder whether there cannot be RP candidate in Idaho, where we had some success and Paul scored 24% in the primary. Are there not any RP candidates? Sen Larry Craig's position will also be available, so we have to get a strong candidate for senate there.
