While I am no proponent of the CFR or the Fed Res., I must point out, after having read all six pages, that the world once had a one world currency...it was gold and silver.
It really wouldn't matter what the medium was, so long as it was difficult for man to pervert. AND, there could NOT be ANY fractional reserve banking...
