Pennsylvania Delegate Expense Fund Appeal

Please take note of and help out with the below fund raising appeal from Ron's former Pennsylvania state coordinator. The state kicked butt at 16% for Ron and elected some delegates.

Delegate Expense Fund Appeal

As you may know, Ron did not withdraw from but rather suspended his campaign. You may go to http://cpalpac.com/home/def.htm for a Q&A and video updates that address this matter. It remains extremely important to send to the national convention the Ron Paul delegates who were elected in Pennsylvania's primary. I must ask for your support because a few of them need help with convention expenses which are considerable. As an example, one had her spouse unexpectedly lose employment. Please go to http://cpalpac.com/home/def.htm to donate.

Where Things Stand

Bottom-line, the Revolution continues. Ron's suspension may or may not prove tactical (hint), but the neo-conservative dominated GOP will regardless lose many House and Senate seats this Fall. Seizing on this weakness, we will then go about electing candidates nationwide to fight police state laws, unnecessary mercantile wars and confiscatory economic policy that promotes massive government. Keep informed about this process by joining:

1. Ron's Campaign for Liberty at http://www.campaignforliberty.com/
2. The Pennsylvania Campaign for Liberty at http://www.pacampaignforliberty.org/ -- under construction, watch for updates

Please try to attend Ron's Campaign for Liberty convention (aka rally) in Minneapolis on September 1 and 2. This event will have many guest speakers and performers including pop star Aimee Allen and others to-be-announced. I hope to see you there and thank you personally.

Again, please go to http://cpalpac.com/home/def.htm to donate and thank you. Your assistance is very much needed and any contribution, large or small, will help greatly. Please let me know if you wish to donate but do not have the means to do so electronically.

Yours very truly,

Bill Faust
former Field Director
Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign Committee

Good Morning!

Keep this bumped!

We cant have delegates not go due to expense problems! For those that cant make it to the Rally ..helping the delegates would be a great way to support! Lets get all the info and verification for these and what about the ones in Oklahoma yesterday?

RP delegates and alt.and people on the floor of the RNC is a priority!

Can you give us a goal?

And a Chipin? It would be great to have a number to shoot for and an easy way to contribute.

More info as requested

5 RP delegates and 14 RP alternates were elected in the PA primary. Some of the said alternates would, as the top vote-getters in the primary, replace McCain-supporting delegates if said delegates failed to attend the convention. That may happen because most of them are PA representatives and senators who may develop legislative conflicts. Additionally, some McCain alternates may also, for the same reason, fail to show. In other words, we could potentially have ten or more delegates at the convention.

One of our RP alternates has already bailed out. Not going. Wanted to stop worrying about the cost. We lost him and he's just flat-out gone.

The fund raising goal is $6,000. We weren't up to $1,000 yet as of Tuesday. Looks bleak. PA pitched in approx. $1.3 million to Ron's campaign and a lot of our people are feeling tapped out.

I am a computer illiterate. I have no idea how to set up a Chipin. But there is an easy way to contribute. You need only go to http://cpalpac.com/home/def.htm. CPALPAC was created and is managed by a guy whose efforts elected one delegate and three alternates. Ron's vote in several counties in CPALPAC's area of PA was as high as 27.5% (state avg. was 15.9%).

I note that there were only two replies to the original post besides mine. The Daily Paul has IMO unfortunately become a place for only vicariously taking part in the movement. Frankly, I'm very disappointed.

Yes, that is exactly what we need!! More info please!!!!

What are you fightin' for?
Caught in the middle?
Freedom is only for those with the guts to defend it!

It looks like a few PA delegates will have to stay home...

... based on apparent lack of interest on the Daily Paul. Oh well.

You just have to give us a chance!!
