The State unjustly indicted John Stagliano (actor/producer in the porn industry) on seven counts of operating "an obscenity distribution business and related offenses." Bureaucrash spoke with Stagliano after the indictment.

It's obscene that they're sending people to prison for porno.

They recently got a conviction for Max Hardcore. He faces up to life in prison for making porn.
