Here is the intro that will be up by the time of launch:

"WELCOME TO THE RON PAUL REVOLUTION ECONOMIC ALLIANCE.

THE GOAL OF THE ECONOMIC ALLIANCE IS TO GIVE ALL FREEDOM LOVING INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD A WAY TO SUPPORT EACH OTHERS BUSINESSES, BY BUYING FROM AND SELLING TO EACH OTHER, AND ALSO WORKING FOR EACH OTHER, AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

IN THIS WAY WE CAN CONTINUE TO GROW OUR ENTIRE MOVEMENT, AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, AND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

IF WE ALSO TAKE THOROUGH ADVANTAGE OF ELECTRONIC GOLD SERVICES, THEN WE WILL CONSTRUCT A GLOBAL, INFLATION RESISTANT, PARALLEL ECONOMY OF NATIONAL PATRIOTS AS WELL.

THE ECONOMIC ALLIANCE WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE RON PAUL REVOLUTION CAMPAIGN FOR LIBERTY TO HELP RESTORE CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN ORDER TO SPREAD LIBERTY THROUGHOUT THE U.S.A. AND ALL NATIONS OF THE WORLD AS WELL."

The site allows users to create their own business listings by filling in a form to create a basic text based listing, or they may insert their own HTML and create whatever level of sophistication that they desire.

Here are some of the great features that will be implemented in the next phase of development:

For users who feel uncomfortable listing their exact business locations, markers will be integrated to allow the option to denote general locations.

A function will be added to allow listing owners to show which electronic gold services, if any, that they support transactions with.

A function will be added to allow listing owners to show how much money, if any, that they have donated to liberty candidates.

Some level of "Made In America" certification will be integrated, perhaps likely with: http://www.madeinusacertified.com/cms/index.php

Eventually I will integrate a complete auction site, and also a Craig's List style classifieds site, in order to make the entire liberty market place as complete as possible.

Here is my issue:

The site is almost complete, all the main functionality is done, the cosmetics are almost done, but there are a few more complex things left to do.

My programmer will do it, but he has very little time, so development is going to move at a snails pace.

I really believe that this site is just what our movement needs ASAP, so I really don't want us to have to wait forever.

Could someone experienced please take a look at the following requirements, and please give me their thoughts, like perhaps how many hours it should take? (I'll have the project available through a repository soon, for anyone who will like to take a closer look)

1) When a user clicks on a map marker, then a window pops up.

Within this window is a link to “view the details” of the listing associated with that marker.

Please make it so that when a user clicks on a marker, then the associated listing will open automatically.

2) When a user has altered the view of the map, then that view will reset to the default view if the user does one of the following three things:

• Does a “keywords” search.
• Views a markers “details” (opens the associated listing)
• Browses to another letter or category

Please make it so that if the user does any of these things, then the map will still retain its current position.

3) If the user browses to a certain letter or a certain category, then only the markers that belong to that letter or category will be visible in the map.

The problem is that if the user “views the markers details” then all markers will become visible again.

Please make it so that this does not happen.

4) If the user browses to a certain letter, then only the categories under that letter, and also those markers on the map will appear.

The problem is, as soon as the user selects one of these categories, then ALL categories (but not all of their respective markers) will appear.

The markers display correctly in this case, but the categories listed should not change at all.

Please correct this.

5) When a user enters a geographic location and clicks "area" please make it a regular Google Map search.

I just want it to control the view of the map and nothing else.

6) If a marker appears beneath the zoom bar on the map, then it is very easy to accidentally affect the zoom of the map when trying to click on that marker.

Please change the zoom bar to the more compact version seen on many Google Maps.

The HTML that was inserted to create this page should make its background appear white.

When I inserted this HTML, I used this sites "preview" feature, and it did appear correctly then.

However, as you can see it does not appear correctly now.

Please fix it so that the site will display HTML properly in an instance such as this.
