Do you know where I could find the text of this bill? I'd like to put this article on digg but I don't completely understand this fingerprinting business. All I'm getting is that this bill will require cc co. to report customer transactions to the Feds.

My Thought Exactly
When I read this, I just shook my head. Man, they get you coming and going. If they can't have their national id they'll slide this provision in a stinking housing bailout bill. Sometimes this is all just so overwhelming. I'll be gald to let go of some frustrations tomarrow at the Rally. Perhaps it's time for me to take a closer look at the ACLU. They were never a favorite of mine but they certainly have had their hands full recently with many issues that I agree with. Peace..
