thank you....they want to be there and they are coming from Southern Calif. and Oregon. Check out the meetup. thanks.

problem buying commemorative tickets

I tried to buy 3 online but received no confirmation; I don't think the order went through. Then I tried by telephone but the ticketmaster agent didn't think they are handling the commemoratives. How can we buy?

Same thing happened to me.

Same thing happened to me. You might have bought 3 tickets and don't even know it.

Why does the link at CFL

to buy tickets direct you to ticketmaster link that is in spanish and say tickets are $15.76 and the ticket counter is listing people buying tickets like Bush and McCain? I am also unable to call CFL.

$15.76

+ some $2 BS charge brings the ticket price to $17.76.....Then, of course, there's tax and whatever else. My 2 tickets cost me 50-something bucks.

No idea why you're going to a Spanish-language site.

I think some people are giving bogus names thinking they're funny. Could be neo-cons, but who knows; it could just be RP folks having a good time.

Is there a way to do this

Is there a way to do this without going through Ticketmaster?

I don't think so. However, I

I don't think so. However, I thinks it's worth it because. At the end of your transaction they will offer a 25 dollar rewards package. Plus discount movie tickets. IOUSA will be opening in AMC theaters and you can use the service to get those tickets cheap. Plus I may rent a car once in Minnesota and there's a discount for that as well.

The commemorative ticket is an exchange for a donation so it goes threw the rally site. The Real Politics Training School i think I'm going to skip so i have no idea how much it costs but I do know it's a separate charge.

Real Politics training

is $85 per person....Limit of 500 seats available.

There seems to be a problem with that portion of the site....I signed up and received my confirmation & receipt; however, the total shows $0 charged to my credit card. Not sure if I have a seat now or not!

I sent an email via the "contact" link but got a system-generated auto-reply......I guess I'll find out when I get there whether or not I have a seat at that training.

Yeah

When i got my commemorative ticket it gave me absolutely no confirmation. :/

Don't worry...

You'll find someone to take those tickets. Just post that you have them to your local meetup and maybe to http://ronpaul.meetup.com/1881, which is the Rally for the Republic Official Travel meetup group.

Thanks for the links

I have tickets for sections 136 & 106.... 3rd & 4th row. Anyone near us?

We're in 136, Row H

Hope to see ya there!

There are comemortive tickets

for those who physically cannot be there - to purchase just to support

don't buy actual tickets unless you are for sure going

buy the ones to just support - and then look at your ticket and wish you
were there

I hope those buying tickets are really planning on going

and it's not just a ticket bomb for the sake of a ticket bomb. Otherwise, there's going to be a lot of empty seats.

"Otherwise, there's going to be a lot of empty seats"

Normally I refrain from the use of profanity, but in this case I am compelled to say "preferred, go fuck yourself"!

hey, I bought 2 tickets and

hey, I bought 2 tickets and I'm not even sure I can go... I mostly bought some to help force me to commit to going... and I bought because I don't want to go alone... now I have to find someone willing to go with me, or else sell 1 or both tickets....

BUY AS MANY AS YOU CAN--THEY'RE GOING LIKE HOTCAKES!

We're gonna pack that place! Liberty-lovers will be hanging from the rafters. And the disinfo troll(s) will fail YET AGAIN to discourage the efforts of Revolutionary Patriots to restore the Constitution!

I can buy a hundred of them

right now. You're saying I should do that? That would just keep 98 seats empty, since I'm just bringing my girlfriend.

"How can we justify to the unemployed and underemployed in the United States the incredible cost of maintaining a global empire?" - Dr. Ron Paul

My advice is to exercise your own liberty

Please, whatever voluntary association that you're willing to enter into, do it. That is your liberty. If you want to give the Ron Paul Campaign for Liberty $1776.00 by buying 100 tickets to the Rally for the Republic that you will not use, that is your prerogative, not mine.

But there are certainly betters ways to donate to the Campaign for Liberty or to help other people get to the Rally for the Republic than by purchasing 100 tickets that you will not use. I figured that would be self-evident to most rational people.

Duh

Of course I have a RIGHT to do it.

"I figured that would be self-evident to most rational people." From my experience, I don't consider most people on this forum rational.

The feeling is mutual I am sure...
