If Paul were to actually become president, healthcare costs would fall through the floor in the same way that other unsubsidized industries have done (do you know of any other industry other than healthcare that technology and free market forces actually leads to sustained or greater costs? i know televisions, cell phones, even PCs are now affordable to almost everyone, while thousands go without healthcare). Pharmaceutical, and healthcare companies, military contractors such as Halliburton, Blackwater and weapons manufacturers would lose billions. (By the way, Bill Clinton gave uncontested contracts to Halliburton. He is also the one that signed the Iraq Liberation Act in 1998 which helped lay a little stepping stone for what is the current debacle. Reminds us of the "non-binding" bill Hillary just signed declairing the Iran Guard as a terrorist group.) How many billions would Ron Paul's life be worth if he actually were to become the next president? Maybe that's why Hillary and Rudy, Romney et al. have received so many millions from the healthcare and military companies. It doesn't matter if Giuliani or Clinton becomes president; the micro may be slightly different but the macro is the same, to spend, subsidize, spend, subsidize, tell you loss of liberties are the cost of "freedom." Vote Paul for Freedom and pray he isn't at risk. God bless Ron Paul.

I have to say that all of you here and across the country, standing up for freedom and justice have answered yet another of my prayers. It's amazing to see it happen right before my eyes.
I think everyone of faith has Dr. Paul in there prayers and those who don't surely hope for his safety. Prayer is powerful and we must be vigilant in remaining positive.
I just about lost all hope for the future of our country until I found that I was not alone, I am empowered by the strength of the movement and the willingness to be understanding of each others differences and set them aside in respect for our common cause...
Our Constitution is not dead yet my friends! Nor will ever be... As long as we raise it high once again! With a rebel yell we must say NO MORE!

I believe in the power of integrity, the power of intent-- some may call it the power of angels.
Whether you believe in God, Karma, Odic Force, Taoism, atheism, whatever-- the power of positive thought, the good thoughts that thousands of people have all day of Ron Paul-- all that energy -- protects him and preserves him. He can walk in sunshine without fear.
This is exactly why he is 72 years old, in great health, has a successful family, career, etc and can manage to compete in a strenuous competition of will and fortitude in this election. He has lead an exemplary life of righteousness, doing good to all others, respecting the natural and spiritual beliefs of the Founding Fathers.
I urge others to pray, but I also say that if you spend time thinking and working for this campaign, that is like a prayer in your heart, mind, soul, spirit, whatever you want to call it-- it is energy being directed at him and not only he, but we are surrounded by it.

Yes, this post is a fear-mongering piece. I agree, most would agree. However, we can use this to illustrate a point.
We have nothing to fear because Ron Paul is not afraid.

I too...
I too pray for RP and his campaign everyday as I continue to tell everyone, everyday that he is our only hope. But I am concerned for his safety very much. I see all the videos and all the cheering fans and it is great all the people and its going to get much bigger next year, but it only takes "one" real nut case to end it all and that is why I hope everyone at these gatherings will be extra vigilant in keeping an eye out for any suspicious activities going on, I also have read how one should bring field glasses (binoculars) and pan rooftops etc. while enjoying Dr. Paul in person because it couldn't hurt. Also does anyone know how far or at what position a political candidate has to become to have secret service appointed. I know Mr. Obama has his own detail now but as for RP, I don't know but I hope he does too. One last thing, I personally would like to see him to start wearing a bullet proof vest but maybe I'm just a little more paranoid about his survival because so much is at stake, Everything we hold near and dear is at stake now. I agree. Prayer is very important. I pray everyday for Dr. Paul and his family and loved ones. Each one of them is a target as long as he is going against the mainstream. It is very important that we pray for all of them, their health and protection each day throughout the campaign and his presidency. These people will not leave him alone unless we do.

Paul and his family and all of us are always in my prayers, because
to me all supporters of Ron Paul are family.
We are winning a fight for our country and our freedoms and to know
that our messenger is a man who is honest,trustworthy,with convictions
that all Americans need to instill back into there hearts.
I saw a video from the stump in Tennessee and I saw those two big police officer's shaking Dr. Pauls hand and wishing him well and I thought these two would be excellent body guards for the good Dr.
I am sure the campaign staff has people guarding his every move if not ler's do it because I don't want anything to happen to this courageous man of principle.

He is gaining such momentum, the establishment will never let him rise to the top. This gov't has such control over its populus, it makes me sick. I just pray, that if something happens to Ron Paul, we will all be in the streets. I feel that we have one chance to get this country back on its feet and be respected WORLD-WIDE. I have never cared about politics until NOW. I have never voted...until now. I have never donated money to a political campaign...until now. We have one last glimmer of hope, and it is like running up a muddy hill, but I still believe. I pray we can do it. It will take actual real people hitting the streets and knocking on doors, rather then us typing on the net. The entire world hates us for what our govt has done. This gov't is so corrupt from the bottom up, again, it makes me sick.
Ron Paul is going against a power that is 100 Times more powerful then the Mafia. The Federal Reserve, The IRS, and all of the rest of the gov't cartels. As he gains momentum, his risk of getting popped off increases every second. We need to guard our savior, and if something does happen (I pray it does not) we can not let our savior down!
I haven't
I haven't been a regular church goer in 15 years, nor have I ever donated to a politician before. But now, now I pray nightly for Paul and for our country, and I give whatever I can to Paul... it's not much as I probably won't reach the $2300 limit, but I try; each paycheck I get, I try to give a little. I honestly feel afraid for our country and for the next generation's future.
