dni.gov — According to the Intelligence Community ’s (IC) most authoritative written judgments on national security issues, the National Intelligence Estimate (NIE), in fall 2003, Tehran halted its nuclear weapons program and that as of mid-2007 Tehran had not restarted its nuclear weapons program.
