the Ron Paul Racing Fraud. What happened? Wheres the money gone?

We all remember at least those of us who supported Ron Paul since 2007 the Ron Paul racing project that took between $30,000 to $40,000 from donors and then op-eds accusing them of fraud started popping up.
then they claimed that they made a PAC called Liberty racing PAC and alleged that they will use the money to donate to grassroots projects (which never happened)
now their website dosent even work

at least for me. What happened to Liberty Racing PAC and wheres the money? can they prove they donated the money for worthy grassroot operations. BJ Lawson is struggling for money and a lot of donors lost confidence in grassroot projects because of shenanigans like this one.
Anyone from Ron Paul racing or Liberty racing pac on the daily Paul care to explain?
