Those of you who live in LA or NYC might want to do your best to make it to the debut of "Stealing America - Vote by Vote

I write with good news and a request of you.
THE NEWS
Dorothy Fadiman's film STEALING AMERICA Vote by Vote (SAVBV) is scheduled for a theatrical premieres in NYC on August 1 and LA on August 15! There are eleven additional runs scheduled in cities around the country*, and more are being booked! The hope is that the subject (and the film -- it is very professionally done) will spark huge interest and the theaters will have sell-out crowds, and even without the help of the MSM, we will finally break through to reaching more people. (Below is list of bookings to-date.)
People have done a terrific job with Uncounted, getting it seen at all kinds of gatherings. SAVBV may also come out on DVD but for the moment the concentration is on 'theatrical releases' as it is hoped that even larger and broader audiences will finally get to hear the message about the crisis in our electoral system. The film ends with a call to action and gives the film website for a guide to and list of action steps.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
STEALING AMERICA can become a tool not just for the issue but for your group in particular; many theaters will allow us to “table” in the lobby to hand out literature. At some it will be possible to hold benefits for your own organization. The attached flyer explains all.
I urge you to make the most of this opportunity, and at the least put out the call to your members to fill the theaters near them. At the moment, it is especially important that there be a huge turnout in NYC and LA. But also contact friends and colleagues in all the various cities -– let’s fill those theaters to overflowing!
