Thanks, tajitj, for this thoughtful and informative post. Ron Paul will always be my hero and first choice, and I have been strongly suspicious of Barr's conversion from evildoer to force for good, but I have been watching videos of him lately, and he seems sincere and repentant of his part in our destruction. He doesn't seem to be talking out both sides of his mouth like the rest. I'm leaning toward him these days as a Paul alternative. I've always voted Libertarian until this year, and I must admit when Barr first won the nomination, I was shocked, dismayed, and angry, but he's slowly winning me over.

I was happy to see Sir Robert grace the pages of DIGG today! I like Barr, and think he brings another strong voice in our journey to freedom. I also like that Baldwin character too. It;s never a bad thing to have two guys on your side. Are there any Baldwin DIGGS currently goin around that I could get my paws around?
My Obama friends are strange, and they don't understand this foreign idea of liberty (that's what it's called right? liberty? I never hear about it in the news so I was hoping I wasn't making anything up), so it's nice to expose them to our "crazy" ideas in that forum. Every time I sign on I have to slap myself because with all the Obama propaganda I almost find myself chanting "YES WE CAN" only to realize I am not "cool", and don't like socialism.
