In less than 30 days, we will be meeting in St Paul, representing our candidate at the Republican National Convention. We will be very busy with our RNC responsibilities and also with the C4L events. I think it is imperative that we get to know each other before the convention. We need to be thinking about strategy and our priorities for the convention.

Who am I? I am one of the Ron Paul / C4L coordinators in Spokane. We collectively took 107 out of 111 delegates at the Spokane County Convention. In fact, in my 6th Legislative District we took 38 out of 38 delegates, and 21 out of 38 alternates, including the first 20. I was elected as an Alternate Delegate to the RNC at our Washington State Convention.
I am listed as such at the state GOP website, www.wsrp.org. In addition, Liberty_Belle and Daughter4Liberty, both frequent contributors to DP can vouch for me. We've worked together here in Spokane for the last year or so trying to get Ron Paul elected. You can also contact our WA State Ron Paul coordinator, Maureen Moore, or our Eastern WA coordinator, Rob Chase. I'll be happy to provide their numbers to anyone who contacts me via phone or email.
By the way, I have a vetting process in place to ensure only Ron Paul delegates and alternates are included in the discussion group. The important thing is we need to start talking to each other.

how many total national delegates and alternates do we have?
I don't know the exact number,
but I've heard estimates that we have up to 80 pledged delegates, and a few flying "under the radar". In Washington State, we have four delegates and six alternates.

I hope we get to meet and talk to them too at the Target Center. It would be really nice if the delegates can wonder the concourses and mingle with people seated in the arena too. This event is their stage for us to give them the energy they need when they go to St Paul. I'de love to shake each of their hands and wish them the very best.
