This is why people must take advantage of the last check and balance within our government. The Jury System AND Jury Nullification.
Juries not only have a duty to determine guilt or innocence, they also are judging the law as well.
If it is an unjust law, the jury can nullify it.

This whole thing makes me SICK
Stupid people. If they were so hell bent on getting money out of him for something so stupid, why didn't they just put a lien on his house for the money instead of trying to steal his house? Amazing. If they get away with something so incredibly absurd, it will only get worse. I hope the ACLU gets involved because of his disabilities.
