Is Ron paul a freemason?
Submitted by SSgT_AF on Wed, 08/06/2008 - 03:59
As were some of our founding fathers. Could this man also belong to this group of individuals? Many have shown an ignorance beyond the scope of what I could have ever dreamed. What drink give's those of you such profane disdain for a group? Movies? Television? So much for the land of the free if their are still those among us who would prosecute that of which we do not know so willingly. Maybe Ron Paul shouldn't be a mason for that small fact. At least not tell anyone for fear of persecution by small minded individuals hell bent on seeking out heresy. It was just a late night question. No intentions behind it.

Masonry is world wide, there is no excaping from it.
It's really hard to know the truth, even if you are on the inside as a mason. Consider this, that the Washington monument (an obelisk), a masonic symbol is also right next to St. Peter Cathedral in the vatican. Of course from the bible we know it is post for worshipping baal the sun god. You will be hard pressed not to find a country that doesn't use the craft in their government. The vatican is as much a part of the masonic organization as the queen of England, they share the same secrets and use the same system. It doesn't necessary mean they have the same goals. The Soviet Union used the same system and even Hitler and the Nazi used the same system. But again what does it matter what they do, what is important is what you do. You are responsible for you own soul.
Are masons anticatholic?
Of my many many many many beefs with masonry... this is the one where i draw the line and lose my cool.
According to alternative history... the second vatican counsil, which was an undeniably devastating blow to Roman Catholicism (and Christianity as a whole) around the world, is to be blamed on a masonic plot. The actual goal behind this masonic plot is unclear to me (I havent read up on this in a long while), but its damaging effects are crystal clear.. the destruction of Roman Catholicsm and Christianity around the world! And masons were behind this. Of course every mason will deny this. But if its within your ability to be honest and open about what exactly the masons role was in regards to the Second Vatican Counsil.....?
Other beefs with masonry:
-Reminds me of communist russia where if you were a member of the communist party you would be rewarded but if you werent... your on your own.
-all the phony balony talk about 'making good men better' 'fraternaty' ect ect.. sounds like oneworldish happy talk...
-all the damn occultic symbols!!!
-from my understanding... there are masonic lodges for white people and masonic lodges for black people... how do they get away with segregation? and also they exclude females... how do they get a pass from the feminists ( who are really communist/nwo)?
-i live in a small town where veryone is damn mason... if i wanna open a business (which i might) yes... i will have to make a choice... become a mason and lose my soul... or not become a mason and do it on my own. Think i like my soul

Violence is never justified.
I don't think burning witches is ever justified, even if they do worship the sun.
The masons once served a purpose...
They don't anymore. The days of secret societies is in the past. Freedom lovers should aire their views publicly and not in candle-lit mausoleums. No, I don't think Dr. Paul is a member of any "secret" societies that we know of.
Could you maybe explain?
What purpose did they serve in the past, and why do they no longer serve this purpose?

You guys?
Hate is a strong word, where are you coming from with that comment. I think this post is relevant, because there is so much misinformation coming from all directions in the media and on the internet about Freemasons. But at the same time it is rare to get a straight answer from a Freemason. So who should we believe?

You guys want to be like the Nazis? You already hate Jews, banks, and communists.
Masonic Lodges were also...
burnt to the ground in new england in the mid-1800's. 100% justified.

I think the issue is relevant. There are probably many RP Masons.
Ron Paul isn't a Freemason? Well in that case I'm not voting for him!
But who prays for Satan? Who, in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most?

Yep. The man that busted the Teapot Dome Scandal, and led a Congressional committee to document how the military-industrial-banking complex had pushed the US into war for profit in WWI.
He was a freemason.
To answer the question...
No, Ron Paul is not a Freemason, but his dad is. Now that it's out WE can move on!
This is an interesting site...lists famous Freemasons, along with the black sheeps of Freemasonry.

Why
Would you lie to crush a post? I wrote this, well, this morning. What are you up to?
Brothers don't always protect each other.
Benedict Arnold V was a Freemason as was George Washington, so eventhough they were brothers, they would have been willing to kill each other in the art of war, as did many brothers during the Civil war, so being a Mason doesn't always put you on the same side.
Benedict Arnold and George
Benedict Arnold and George Washington's being freemasons had nothing to do with being freemasons. Its side-note, a coincidence.
This whole thread=moot point.
In strength one makes the first step towards freedom.
There is nothing wrong with being suspicious about people in secret societies. I believe the attraction to secret societies in the first place is because of a quest to discover some hidden truth or treasure. Those who are not interested in secrets are probably blessed. Nowadays with as much as has been written about the Masons one could pretty much know all the secrets without taking an oath. Consider that in Germany during both world wars most all Masonic temples were first to be ransacked with secrets extracted from the members and related to the Nazi command. So any secrets that may have existed today are availible with little study, just have to flip through a lot of bs but eventually someone with half a brain can obtain the information. The problem is that it is naive to think that just because someone is a Mason, they are bad, since it is just as naive to think just because someone is a pastor or priest that they are good. I wouldn't trust my 15 year old daughter with any of them, nor my 13 year old son nor anyone for that matter.

You are afraid of what you
You are afraid of what you cannot explain. When you see people doing things that you do not understand, you are naturally inclined to fear they are doing bad things behind closed doors.
You guys are walking/talking psychology cases. Most all of you express some sort of mental disorder, logical fallacy, or distorted world view. I thing psychological help is need, not for WHAT you think, but HOW you think.
Wow...just wow.
Well, I hate to break it to you guys, but my
uncle and father are both Masons.
Many of my NCOs in the military were masons.
I've been asked to become a mason. The only reason I said no is because, with school and the rally coming up, I don't have the time to commit to memory all their rites.
Lol, no, the masons are not part of the NWO. In fact, I'd say you're going to have MANY masons at the Rally. You're going to have many masons fighting with you once big Gub'ment starts crackin' down. Believe it or not, masons are your allies.
Call me whatever for this post. I don't care. Most Masons are good people. Just like most cops and soldiers are. Yeah, there's always going to be some dumbasses in every group, but from my experiences with them, you have nothing to fear.
Ah you must be a "plant" here to spread disinfo.
Just kidding. These conspiracy theorists are too much.

I think here we agree on masonry. Among other things though we will but heads.

What I don't understand is
What I don't understand is how this complete yawner of a topic can be drawing enough attention to keep it on the board. If it wasn't at the top already, I wouldn't be replying to it, hoping it would die. What possible reason could anybody here have to care about it? Given Ron Paul's voting history, I don't really give a damn if he's a member of the CFR or the Trilateral
Commission, must less the freemasons.

Hope not.
I probably hasn't gotten to that point yet, but I imagine the r3volution will one day become a secret society if the NwO takes control.
Very
good point.
Medicine can save you or kill you, depends on how it's used.
I do not know much about skull and bones and the other organizations, but it sounds like they use their skills in a profanic way. I mean how many organization are there that are secret societies? We know that Ron Paul has belonged to a secret society is true, since he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha when he went to the University to study medicine, and I doubt that he would openly share the secret passwords used in that society or what rituals were practiced. The rituals are not important, they are childish games in my opinion, but they probably did help to build Ron Paul's character. Whether he got involved with the Masons, who knows, but if he is, then hopefully he uses his skills in the craft for a good purpose, as he used his skills as a doctor for a good purpose, and his skills as a politician for a good purpose.
