US Federal Government Dissolved/Bankrupt in 1933?
I found an address given by Rep. Traficant on March 17, 1993 which stated that the Emergency Banking Act of 1933 dissolved the US Federal Government, being that it was bankrupt at that time. He also stated that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 hypothecated all property within the federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and that in 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their "subjects" to the Federal Reserve System.

Does anyone know if there is any verifiable truth to what Rep. Traficant said in his address? Did he even say these things (i.e. is this a hoax)? Thanks for any info.

It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.
The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. In 2002, Traficant was indicted on federal corruption charges for taking campaign funds for personal use. Again, he opted to represent himself, insisting that the trial was part of a vendetta against him dating to his 1983 trial. On April 15, he was convicted of 10 felony counts including bribery, racketeering, and tax evasion. The House Ethics Committee recommended that he be expelled from the House, and on July 24 the House voted 420-1 to expel him. Gary Condit was the lone "no" vote and there were nine members who voted "present." Traficant was the first representative to be expelled since Michael Myers's expulsion in 1980 as a result of the Abscam scandal.
After his expulsion, Traficant ran as an independent candidate for another term in the House while incarcerated in a federal prison in White Deer, Pennsylvania. He received 15 percent of the vote (27,487 votes) and became one of only a handful of individuals in the history of the United States to run for a federal office from prison. The election was won by one of his former aides, Tim Ryan.
In March 2004, the Federal Bureau of Prisons moved Traficant to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ray Brook. As of July 2007, the Federal Bureau of Prisons listed Traficant at the Federal Medical Center, Rochester, an administrative facility providing specialized mental health services. Traficant has taken up artwork while in prison.

The OJ government needed to form this corporation to carry out plans in the south that the OJ government's constitution forbid it to do, due to amendments such as the Titles of Nobility.
These two systems worked side by side with the officers of government holding daul seats until 1913 when they passed the Corporation's 17th amendment.

The only reason this is 99% bogus is because the government wasn't desolved. What went bankrupt in 1933 was the coporation know as US, USA, etc., which was formed in 1871 (District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871) to carry out the business needs of the original jurisdiction government in relation to the Civil War. In 1913, the Corporation passed the 17th amendment. After the passage of the 17th Amendment only corporate seats were being filled in Washington. The district already had it's organic (or organizational) Act back in 1801. If they were simply re-organizing, they would have simply amended the original act like they had done previously.
Then, we have the Constitution for New Jersey (1947 version, this one may be suspect because it was written after the Corp. was quitclaimed to the IMF) http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/lawsconstitution/constitution.asp, which establishes how the state government functions and how it is to be amended to meet any needed changes.

This isn't in compliance with the procedures set forth in our original jurisdiction government state's Constitution. The following show's the Corporation designating the people of the United States of America enemies of the Corp. State back in 1933 during the bankruptcy of the Corp US. The Social Security Number was instituted to bring the people out of "enemy" status and into the Corp. jurisdiction.

I seriously doubt Ron Paul even cares. The whole USA is a Corporation thing smells to high heaven of Planet X and Nibiru level jibberish. Sorry, it just seems like such a stretch and so twisted up story wise that nobody is going to believe it and it doesnt really matter anyways. What matters is changing people's opinions about LIBERTY and FREEDOM.......not whether or not the US is a corporation.
That's certainly an interesting little tid-bit....
