Josh showed me his post and all of your wonderful comments last night. He also gave me a dozen yellow roses and told me to keep up the good work, he was proud of me. Of course I cried and was overwhelmed by your outpouring of responses. I have felt lonely in this fight but no longer. We are truly in this together.

The candidate I am working for now is a Constitution Party member. He is running in the 76th district of Michigan for the State house of Representatives. (In MI it's called the US Taxpayers Party) We are running a third party campaign in a district that is mostly democrats. To our advantage is the fact that the republican is not really running. He is a name on a ballot, and that's about it. During our door to door campaigning many people are open to our platform and like the ideas of constitutional governance. I am not paid and we are running with almost no overhead, so every dollar helps. In fact I'm pretty excited this morning because we're having our first fundraiser today. We have a trumpet player coming to his house where we will serve hotdogs and chips and homemade cookies. The musician will play some patriotic music and Bill will get a chance to address his guests and answer questions. From the beginning I knew that I would have to rely fully on God to help us get through this endeavor.

I believe that God gave me your responses to encourage me and give me strength.
